Hotel Ganpati Palace And Majestic Banquets

Worst experience here. We were there for our brother's engagement and they doesn't care about anything. Staff was not good at that time. AC was not working in any room. Manager's behaviour was not good, he fought with my brother and after the function staff was drunk, not picked out phones. Staff was unavailable when we visited there, washroom was not clean, all rooms were stinking and we asked for the room freshener.. food quality was not good. Starter's was served only two times... We all are fade-up, they ruined our function... All over, the experience was worst. I request to the owner please take care of all these things.. please don't play with someone's emotions. Don't ruined someone's function.

We had a mixed experience with this hotel. The website description mentioned a king-sized bed in the Deluxe room, but upon arrival, we were given a queen-sized bed. Traveling with two kids made it difficult to accommodate everyone on a queen bed. Initially, the hotel offered an extra bed at an additional cost, but after I raised a complaint with Goibibo regarding the misleading information on their website, they eventually provided the extra bed at no extra charge. A word of caution: confirm bed sizes before booking to avoid inconvenience. Additionally, the hotel does not provide all the toiletries listed on their website--they only offer shower gel and shampoo. On the positive side, the room was decently clean, and the restaurant food was excellent in taste.

AC never worked. It was winter, so we could survive. Cleanliness is good. Room size is small. The hotel was under some renovation work.

Pros: Resturant is great. Good staffs, good service, good food. Cons: Rooms are not good. Service non existance. Called multiple times for water bottle, but no help. Same thing happened for 2 days.

Location is good its on main road behind petrol pump. Rooms are ok for 2 people not spacious , road side parking is avaialble , however restaurant rate is high

Rooms could be more cleaner and we'll equiped. Somewhere floor was broken and bathrooms fixtures need fixes.

It is not as shown in the photo online. It is an old hotel. Renovation work is underway. There are mosquitoes in the room. The hotel is not good for the price.

Very bad experience... Old furniture... AC was not working properly... The lift was unhygienic.. The room was too small... The bathrooms were also very unhygienic and stinking.. Flooring was broken
