Hotel Ganga Palace Mathura

I stayed here for a single day. I read the reviews which were so negative idk why.. therefore my family checked the room first then finalized it. The room was not much big but it was fine. Washroom was also clean. AC was working in a very good condition that we were feeling cold , there was no remote for AC. TV was not working. Overall everything was good. Families can stay without as such any problem.

The room was small. Bathroom and toilet was not clean. The AC was too chilling and there was no remote control, either you switch it on or switch it off. The location is near to Railway station and Bus stand. All the banks are nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I felt it as a good hotel because of the staff behaviour but prices were comparatively little high. We were charged INR 8K for 6 days.

Construction work all day. No wifi. Rude staff. Smells damp in rooms.

It is a very unhygienic place. even all the rooms are full of moisture. I got a runny nose . It needs to be maintained properly.

Worst experience.. not working ac not working tv. Not working wifi. Higly expensive room charges.. The Hotel Ganga Palace is worst in all things.. The hotel staffs not co operative at all. Dont come here if you want to sleep then go to railway station waiting room and sleep. Railway station is much good and more hygienic... Dont come here worst place. My money loss .. very bad chiii shame on you

Hi i am from West bengal , i and my family checked in on 29th aug 2023 at mid night . I had a worst experience in this hotel . Whole bedsheet pillow was stained and when i asked them to change them they denied and said they are cant changed . Ac temperature cant be self controlled . They turned of ac at mid night twice . The rooms r too small and the service was very bad .

Worst experience I had there, staff was very rude , before they said 1200 per room and then again they said 1250 , so later on they keep some advance and when I was check out they didn't give that advance also ..I was check out early in the morning so they said that money is for one room what ever you give they fix that money for room ,so better go to other hotels near by do not go here and waste your money ..

Check in was ok, shown up to room and taken aback by musty smell. The bathroom was worse. They did get some air freshener but strange that the guy was insistent on trying to get into the bathroom while I was using it. |Bathroom had no toilet roll and hose was not working. Turns out the shower didn't work either but taps did so kind of managed to get clean. |The blanket was filthy and duvet in wardrobe so dusty we couldnt use it. But, bed and room and ok size. |When checking out the staff wouldnt believe we'd paid even after showing the receipt. |Couldnt get tea or a drink in the afternoon but we were visiting during holi. Otherwise didn't try food or drink. |When the owner arrived he was very friendly which made a change from the other staff
