Hotel Duke Palace

I recently stayed at hotel duke in Srinagar in front of dal lake and overall had a pleasant experience.our stay at hotel duke was absolutely amazing! The hotel was great me and my family had a blast here . This is one of the best property in Srinagar i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and the hospitality is amazing! I met a guys there named was Aarif and Azaad super professional player.

I recently stayed at the Duke Palace Hotel in Mathura, India. It's advertised as a 3-star hotel, but its condition is somewhat below par. The walls appeared old and not well-maintained. The service was another area of concern. The staff, while local, lacked professionalism in their approach. Unfortunately, don't expect a high level of service during your stay. However, the hotel did have some positives. The rooms were spacious, and the washrooms were clean. The food, while spicy, was average. I attended a wedding at the hotel, and the arrangements were decent. The hotel staff organized a memorable fog entry for the groom and a well-organized dance floor. Location and Travel Tips: The hotel is located on Masani Road, close to Janambhumi Mathura. * By Train: The Taj Express is a good option for a quick journey. It departs from Delhi in the morning around 7 AM and reaches Mathura Junction in approximately 2 hours. From the station, you can easily find shared rickshaws or taxis to reach the hotel. * By Bus: If traveling from Noida, you can take a private bus from Sector 37. The fare is around Rs. 180, and the bus will drop you off at Mathura Highway after the second toll booth. The journey takes around 3 hours. From there, proceed to Vrindavan and then to Masani Chowk. Overall: Duke Palace Hotel offers basic accommodation in Mathura. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option and are not overly concerned about service quality, it might be a suitable choice. However, I would recommend exploring other options if you prioritize a more comfortable and professionally managed stay. i visited there for a wedding.. the washrooms are so filthy and broken.. The food and catering service is very bad.. they even forgot to arrange jaimala's which they promised at the time of booking.

I had an appalling experience at this hotel. The amenities fell far short of what was advertised or shown on the internet, and the charges were exorbitant for the dismal quality of service. What's worse, they shamelessly hike their prices when someone is truly in need. The room was in disrepair, and the staff showed no interest in addressing our concerns. I strongly advise against staying here; it's a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and fair-priced hotel.

No provision for parking causing hours of traffic jams. The food was not upto the mark

Such a great hotel with nice facilities, but in some of the rooms, the bathroom was not up to the mark, the towels were also not in the room and after calling to the faculty, they provided us . Overall I would give 3.5 of 5.

I saw this hotel online at rp 1600rp, i reached hotel after confirmation through phone. Over phone they told me that rooms are for 2200rp including tax it would be 2400rp including breakfast. When i checked in rooms were big and spacious i liked it but there is no heater as its December 31st and also A.C is not working. Don't have batteries in remote. T.V is from 1200A.D. Still i was managing. First day over, next day i ordered free breakfast and the food is good( no doubt). I was planning to check out as i wanted to go vrindavan so i thought i should look for hotel there and i asked for bill. When i saw the bill it was heartbreaking. They charged me 4500rp for the room plus they charged me for breakfast. So those who are planning to move to this hotel and reading my review please look for different hotel. Their service are slow waited for 45min to 1hr after ordering food.

We organize wedding at Hotel Duke palace, stay was ok but feel cheated by the caterer. He promised variety and quality of food but in reality food quality was pathetic and few options were not available. We don't recommend caterer of Hotel Duke palace if you are planning to organise an event here.
