Extremely Disappointed - Not Worth the Hype! I booked a 3-day stay at Hotel Brijwasi Royal, expecting a decent experience based on its "royal" name, 3-star rating, and seemingly good reviews. However, after just the first day, I regret my decision. Now, I genuinely feel that most of the positive reviews are paid because my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The room is completely outdated, and to make matters worse, bed is uneasy and old, washroom door is broken, the AC isn't working. The breakfast buffet? Well, don't be fooled by the word "buffet" - it's just aloo puri, poha, and uttapam, all of which were tasteless. The only saving grace was the tea. The most shocking part? The hotel provides only two complimentary water bottles that to locally packaging bottle with their printed wrapping for the entire stay (no bisleri, etc), that definitely gives health issue. Need more? Be ready to pay 40 per bottle! I've stayed at Marriott, Hyatt, and Radisson, where they genuinely believe in quality and service--something this hotel severely lacks. This is undoubtedly one of my worst hotel experiences, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I give it 1 star and regret trusting the misleading reviews. I hope the management reads this and takes serious action.

Dear Mr Aggarwal, Would like to bring this to your notice that recently me and 2 of my friends came to stay at your hotel. We have previously stayed at your other hotel Centrum and the experience has been great for all the times we visited them. But unfortunately this time the rooms were not available and thus we were refered to Royal by the Gentleman in Centrum. But the experience I encountered in Royale was one of the worst experience I have ever faced while staying in any hotel. The staff ( especially the booking counter people were so rude and ill - mannered. I remember the exact name of the person who behaved impolitely but I don't want to point him out ) He was rude, disagreeable and unpleasant to deal with. He even scolded the staff who helped us move our luggage into our rooms so badly infront of us and other guests that I felt bad for the poor guy ( just because he said that he will provide us an extra mattress ) but according to your booking counter staff the luggage boy should have asked him and thrashed by saying that ( how can you commit something without asking me ). Upon talking to him and giving him a feedback what I felt wrong and could have been avoided or the discussion, if necessary should have been done behind closed doors. The receptionist started pointing fingers at me and even said who I am to give a feedback, he also argued with me and even called my friends liar when they said that they have been staying at Centrum regularly. I am writing this review because your hotel is not only visited by locals but also by foreigners who come to visit out beautiful country and such type of behavior can impact not only the imag e of your hotel but also the image of our country. I hope this review will be read and appropriate training for hospitality will be provided to Mr M.

I along with my family used to go to Brijwasi royal a lot of times... But continuously from last two times.. They are serving a piece of hair in the food.. I don't know they have started a new ritual or what.... I odered hakka noodles.. The waiter didn't provided sauce with it. I asked for soya sauce then a tray comes having three different sauces but unfortunately there was a piece of hair in sauce bowl. I don't know how they mantain hygiene. I was thinking wether the same sauce was used by another customer and same tray of left over sauce was served for me or don't know what was the case. Even there food quality has decreased from last four years. Even the staff over there is always eager to tips. So when we were done having food, waiter asked for review. I said the same that food quality and tatse has been reduced and about the hair in food as well.. We were about to leave but the staff was mocking on my review within themselves and laughing to each other.. Such an informal behavior they do have.

Brijwasi Royal is one of the finest hotel situated at a comfort location for visitors, accomodating all the customer value assets.

A must visit for anyone looking to experience delicious satvik food . Flavours were rich especially the south indian meal

Dinner was so tasty and yami Service was also very good and timely,neat and clean.I like your hotel it is one of the best in Mathura.

I went there along with my family and literally they offering and serving was best. They are matching 3 star restaurant level.
