Hotel Amar Palace Mathura

Not worth even a 1. The bed had stains all over it . We asked them to clean our room before leaving, but after we came back we saw not even a wrapper was picked up. And don't even get me started over the bathroom, it felt like a public toilet. All the fittings had rust and i don't know what other stuff was on it. There were random wires sticking out of the wall. This is the type of hotel i wouldn't even recommend to an enemy. I wish I could give less than 1 star actually in negative. This is the type of hotel you wouldn't want to stay in, even if it was given to you for free. There are better hotels for the same price nearby.

asked for room. we came at 9.54 asked him what is the room charge he told 1800 plus gst...then i said what will be the checkout time will it be increased or will money be reduced...he told this 1800 plus gst is after reducing... and here online it shows 1600 just... fake people just sitting for looting everyone

Very average place, the staff is coperative and polite but have ask many times to get a work done.. cleanliness is an issue.

1ST the location is very poor. If some is plan to visit Mathura and Vrindavan then better option to go Vrindavan and grab good hotels there. Hotels room was disgusting and poor maintained. Stuff are very bad. Disgusting. Rude. UP wala. Everywhere is spitting.

Clean hotel nearby Mathura Railway station. This hotel is not only providing room but also providing food.

Unhygienic at most, not recommended at all. A big NO NO to family.
