HOTEL AARAV GRAND

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, with a perfectly cleaned toilet and fresh linens. The bed was ultra-comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every time. One of the best parts of my stay was the super-fast internet--ideal for both work and leisure. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offers a free gym, which was fully equipped and well-maintained, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine during my stay. It was spacious, clean, and never crowded, which made it a pleasure to use. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always available to assist with anything I needed. The amenities,Gym, Canteen and Food, made it feel like a true luxury experience.

Hotel near krishna janambhumi and mathura railway station.per friendly hotel without any charge. Lift also there. Overall I am happy to stay and recommend to others as well.neat and clean room.

Spending not even a day with my family in this placed but not deserve to have even a 1 star very poor service and don't have manner as he said his the owner of the hotel don't know how to treat the customer ' Not recommended at all if your looking for relaxing and comportable very BIG NO don't go to this place He discuss to us about the SOP of the hotel ' In the first place being a good manner and good treatment to the customer are the FIRST REQUIREMENTS OF SOP. VERY BIG NO TO THIS HOTEL AND IM SHARING THIS MY EXPERIENCE SO THAT NOBODY CAN GET DISAPPOINTED US WHAT WE GET.

Location of hotel was really difficult to find out, even they don't have board of hotel name. Service experience also bad, the issue solving behaviour of staff was not good, they don't understand the needs of customers. The reviews are totally fake. Please don't go there after reading reviews. The rooms in photos and in real totally diffrent.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The staff behaviour very nice. free Wi-Fi and parking added to the overall convenience. Highly recommended for families and business travellers alike. Will definitely return.
