Room did not even have a chair. After asking, I was provided with a jug of water but no glass. The flush had continuous water flow, so I had to close the main inflow outlet myself. Luke warm water supply is only in the morning and I visited in winter. No tea or coffee is available. So you can have it from a tea stall outside. The man at reception was excellent with his retorts and responses. Absolutely glib. I wish I had not paid in advance and got stuck there.

Hotel room and service is good. Food is very good. Location is very nice.

Rooms were okayish, geyser never worked even after informing the reception guy it didn't work. Moreover, if you are thinking about getting any service then this people doesn't care if you stay or not there business mostly works on taking marriages so they don't care about people staying for a night or two. If you ask them for the services they will directly say no to your face.

Very bad room condition and bathroom was also very bad there no proper cleaning no door met bad condition of bed sheet overall had a bad experience in Heera crystel

Please avoid this property very shabby rooms stayed for a night and don't intent to revisit this place

I went for a marriage and we had rooms for night accommodation. Location is great and centrally located in Mathura. Rooms were just ok, bed sheets dirty. Overall, rooms experience was not encouraging. Marriage lawn is big but lacks car parking

Parking is not available at the hotel...we face problem of parking...otherwise nice place.
