Service 5 : good and friendly |Room 3-4: |reasonable size, clean and comfortable. 2 issues to consider, you can't open the window and there is fragrance smell that we didn't use to or like, shower is clean and comfy but very low water stream )room 303)|Location:|Can't say much except it's looks remote from our point of view with limited options to dine or go out in the evening. |It's adjacent to neighborhood (se picture) that I would recommend to check before coming. We felt safe in day time. |Cleanness 4-5: except of fragrance smell it was perfectly clean. ||It looks like wedding party resort so you may have the experience of participating one but it might be noisy as well. ||Overall we had good experience, and considered good value for money (5000 rupees a night)

Disappointed and Disrespected - Never Returning After 5 Years of Loyalty We recently dined here on May18, expecting a pleasant experience as we've had in the past, but what unfolded was an absolute disaster. While we waited for our main course, we noticed the restaurant floor was visibly dirty. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff started sweeping right next to our table, carelessly flicking dust and debris near us. Live cleaning like this is acceptable in hospitals or airports--not in a restaurant where people are eating. Basic hygiene and timing should be non-negotiable in a hospitality setting. Cleaning is supposed to be done after customers leave, not while they're dining. When the food finally arrived, the tandoori roti and naan were completely burnt and inedible. After the initial service, the staff simply disappeared. We kept calling out for someone to serve the remaining breads, but no one showed up for quite a while. It was as if the restaurant was functioning without any staff. Then came time for beverages, and there was no physical menu available--only a QR code to scan. I asked for the WiFi password as mobile network was poor, but shockingly, they refused to share it. The waiter verbally rattled off a few mocktail names but had no clue about their ingredients. We settled for a basic pina colada, which turned out to be a disaster--regular milk with grated coconut, no trace of actual coconut milk. Unacceptable at this price point. The final blow was the bill. We were charged for an additional dish that was never served to us. When we pointed it out, the staff didn't believe us because the waiter who served us was conveniently missing. It took a frustrating 15-20 minutes of arguing before they acknowledged the mistake, but instead of issuing a corrected bill, they asked us to manually deduct the amount. We paid a bill of 3500 for a chaotic, 60-minute experience where the restaurant couldn't even provide WiFi or get the order right. It was clear the restaurant was severely understaffed because of a private event being held downstairs. In such situations, it's better to close the restaurant for a la carte service rather than ruin the experience for loyal guests. After visiting this place regularly for over five years, I can confidently say this was my last visit. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for decent food, service, or hospitality
Rooms are ok , but the behaviour of staff in the restaurant is very rude and arrogant , they've denied their services even if we have entered within the complementary breakfast time by 10:30 am. Such behaviour is not acceptable and is customer unfriendly. Disappointed
Good ambience...tasty food ...staff behaviour was very polite
One of the best hotel in Mathura. Clean rooms, cooperative staff. This hotel is located at best place, between Mathura and Vrindavan so you can commute from here very easily. Restaurant serves best food.
Our family found Brijwasi Lands Inn to be a fantastic hotel. Centrally located. High quality rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at Brijwasi Lands Inn. Also when we got into a peoblem, the manager Mr Pankaj personally took interest to help us out. We made a trip to Gokul Krishna temple and then some of the prists forced us into making a donation of over Rs. 1,10,000 /-. When we go back and we were exploring how to get a refund of this, Mr Pankaj actually used his personal network to get the donation refunded from the Gokul temple. I am really grateful to Mr. Pankaj and Brijwasi Lands Inn for providing timely assistance.
