The manager and the stuff were amazing. The most caring people in the whole world I've ever met!! They took very good care of us and the rooms are clean, beautiful and even have a cute balcony. The food was really good too. We couldn't think of a better place after a stressful day! Thank you so much!

Worst place ever visited in my life..... cheapest total trash rooms nothing works nor door locks nor the TV nor the bedsheets are proper nor the environment..... Not a family friendly hotel variety of people visits and the imp its just for showcase it's written resorts even public places are better then this....

This is a very new property. Rated high on OYO. Rooms are nice and clean. 4 stars is for two reasons. One the rooms are only on top floor and hence they are extremely cold during winters.. The other there is a very less privacy as anyone can walk upto any door as the campus is open.

The hotel is at a prefect location situated right at the centre of Mathura and Vrindavan. The service is satisfactory. There's no kitchen so what you order from here will take time as they bring food from the restaurants in the market. Plenty of parking space available and the rooms are also clean.

pathetic hotel, never expect services from them. Charging high instead of services. Pictures are different from they showed online. hotel rooms are above the shops, people's drinking on below their floor on stairs.only 3 people can go in lift. I will never recommend this hotel. They are making fool.

Very poor service... They do not respond to phone calls and don't provide whatever asked for. Even towels, soaps and extra plate for food was not provided. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Hotel is very good. Ac, Wi-Fi and TV available. Rooms are clean and service is also good but dinner is not available after 11PM.

It's a good place of stay..very good facilities are available.. Rooms are quite good and all necessary are present there.
