Hotel Goverdhan Palace

I recently stayed this Hotel for 2 days, and it was a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Rooms - We stayed in Family room and Double room. Rooms are very spacious and neat and clean. beautiful interior as well. We had comfortable stay.

Stayed for 2 days here Staff very good and ready to help Little away from city but had own vehicle don't was fine. Rooms were clean and fine except mosquitoes. Overall had nice experience

The services are pathetic. The staff do not know what is politeness. They do not know what is important for hotel industries. The courtesy, the quality and quantity of food is not taken care. Even the customers requirements is not known. The property may be good but the maintenance and services are the poorest. I felt sorry to book online without knowing thoroughly about the hotel.

A little high cost if you consider this place as a budget hotel. However a decent place to stay as a traveler. On the highway it's a good option. Food is tasty, Mr.Shankar and the staff are very cooperative.

'Naam Bade Darshan Chote' I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The only positive aspect was the size of the room, which was quite spacious. However, the cleanliness was a major issue. The almirah was covered in dust and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. The geyser wasn't functioning properly, and I couldn't get hot water when needed. The reception staff were not friendly or helpful--my check-in experience was unpleasant. When I requested a blanket, I was told it hadn't been cleaned and smelled really bad. There was also no blanket cover provided. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. There were too many issues with cleanliness and service for it to be considered a comfortable stay.

A very decent place to stay if you're looking for a budget stay.. Not a very posh place but the rooms are good enough and the staff are really very very good and accomodating

Had tea and sandwich here. Toilets were very clean. Very friendly staff. Helpful and quick. Good spot around in this place.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY LOUSY AND UNCLEAN. ALTHOUGH IT IS LOCATED CLOSE TO HIGHWAY, THERE IS NO PROPER NAME BOARD TO GUIDE THE ROUTE. THE SERVICE AND FOOD IS ALSO POOR. TOWELS ARE DIRTY. ALL TOGETHER, WE ARE VERY UPSET WITH THE HOTEL FACILITIES. NEVER WILL STAY IN THIS HOTEL IN FUTURE.
