Hotel B P Emerald

I booked a suit room, but it was not as per our requirement. The staff were very slow. The owner was cooperative, and tried to meet our expectations. Food was good. Swimming Pool needs cleaning and maintenance. No restuarant/ dinning area is available in this hotel. Still under developing conditions

The hotel is located in a decent location and the from outside looks quite good, which is quite big has a long backyard and pool but that's fixed for parties , more like a banquet, so of no use. The staff is polite in behaviour , they changed our room as the to did not work at all .but it was of no use as well. When it comes to the hotel rooms they are big and was clean but they miss basic facilities. Firstly there are no glasses provided in the rooms, in small hotels as well at least there are glasses but no ,forget about electric kettle. Secondly the TV is there with setup box but can't see anything as they don't pay to Airtel, and the WiFi is so slow that whatever you run it keeps buffering, literally I got a headache after trying to watch a movie in utube. So can't watch tv Thirdly there are mosquitoes and small flies in the room , no facilities to kill them all out is there but hardly it helped, so if you think of staying here carry a hit spray. When it comes to food though the taste is ok but the variety is very less, there is not even cold drink available in the hotel forget deserts, had gobi ,dal , paneer was ok to eat, but don't keep any hopes. I think the owner is not interested in running the hotel properly maybe just for hobby he has opened the hotel and earn all his earnings via the banquet he has in the backyard that's why not interested in providing good services to the customers.

It's the worst place i have ever stayed. Drinking water comes in tankers.pillows r very dirty. Never visit.

Hotel is appears good from outside but their services are worst. Bathroom is tidy / Bucket also very filthy Totally waste of money. I book suite room and It was not even prepared before permitting check-in. Swimming pool water also filthy ... Please do not opt this Hotel / Dharamshaala would be better than this hotel.. I booked this Hotel @ 5000 per Night.

Poor rooms. Poor service. Poor location. Poor connectivity with a Over-priced hotel. I reached this hotel at around 4 in the morning. The receptionist was peacefully sleeping on the couch present in the reception. After giving a few voices he woke up from his deep sleep having no clue about the surroundings. Firstly he simply denied that there is any sort of booking or not. Telling me to book another room by giving extra money as the earlier booking is not available on their records. After some time he came with room keys asking me to go upstairs with my luggage as there was no lift and no staff were present at that time. He even gave me 2 water bottles to carry by myself to the room. The room was spacious but not so clean. Bedsheets were dirty. The breakfast was nice. Overall i would not recommend this property to anyone. The service did not justify the charged price.

The hotel n the staffs both are wonderful.It is full of facilities, cleanliness n foods are really delicious .love to come n stay here again n again .
