Very good place with Good service and Food.Very good well behaved staff.

Hotel is good and we have been given suite room which is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Cleanliness could be slightly better. But overall comfortable and smooth experience.

Not worth the money paid. 1. The Hotel Manager was quite unwelcoming. 2. There were rats in the restaurant area, although the food was good. 3. They charged us extra for drinking water, which is a basic amenity in any hotel room. 4. Water was unavailable on the day we were going to check out. Although the staff later supported us, a water issue for such a big hotel is quite surprising. 5. The staff was supportive, except, as mentioned, the manager could be more welcoming. Thank you.

According to the price the rooms were not good. They were small even for two people and we had booked deluxe room. Geyser, AC, TV was there. The place was in the main area so janam Bhoomi was near. You could find rickshaw easily to all places. Services were good. They also have restaurant and you can also order in your room. The food was good and decently priced.

Third class hotel behaviour of staff is very bed all things very bed poor hotel

Not at all happy with the experience. During my stay of 2 days over here there was no power for most of the time. As per hotel staff they have some issue in power lines and no idea when power can resume. You have to take stairs as lift was also not working due to power failure. Water in bathroom tap is so slow that to get one bucket of water I have to wait 20 minutes. The problem was not only in our suite but accross hotel rooms. Food quality was average and you have to go down to reception each time you need to order anything or require anything as the phone lines were also out of order. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The reason for 2 star is because of family suite size that is quite comparable. It's actually a builder flat that is converted to a hotel.

Initially the room looks good but when we use the washroom there was no hot water in one washroom.I was trying to complain but there phone was deal even i tried to call them by my mobile they just answer abhi bhj rhe h sir but no one came. I booked this hotel's family sweet at 4500 but if you need to spend some more money on another hotel go for that don't book this one. Service is poor , Tv not working , Management 0 , staff behaviour 10 out of 10 BECAUSE u always got answers abhi aarhe h sir. wastage of money i should go for a oyo instead of this

a fantastic home for families or for single.excellent service.care takers are highly co-operative.reception is excellent. homely environment. food will be served at per your choice. perking of your vehicle is not your head ache. driver will get a comfortable stay without any extra cost.
