The Lalita Grand, Mathura-Vrindavan

We hosted a family event at the hotel, with all our guests staying there for 2 nights. The experience was brilliant, and all our guests have given the same feedback! There were 3 main reasons for this:|1. The chef - the food served to us over 2 days was amazingly delicious. Impressing 100 guests over 6 meals is nothing short of a miracle.|2. The service - the service by the entire staff was warm & efficient. They treated our guests as their guests, and showed attention to details. The time spent by Dhanu Pratap with us in planning the events to granular details is very much appreciated. That planning ensured there were no bad surprises.|3. The property itself - there were multiple open places across the hotel, which ensured that no single place felt overcrowded. The maintenance is good, and staff quickly attended to any issues.

Great hotel decent room size. Pleasant stay. Staff helpful and professional. ||Only issue was building work noise, as 4th floor being added, we were on the 3rd floor so very dusty and noisy. ||Stayed two nights weddings taking place on both days so noisy till around mid night.||Please ground for relaxing but not much near by to see on foot.

the ambiance of the banquet was so good..... I'd attend a marriage there... the service was so good.... the location was easy to reach as it is located on the highway..... the vibes were so good that i felt so cherish to attend the fuction..... rooms were so good as the hygiene was mantainaed all over there!!!

I had my wedding at Lalita Grand and I must say the venue is truly a 5/5. The banquet hall is very spacious and the staff did a great job at decorating the venue really well. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wedding here.

Nice small boutique hotel. Dinner was good, but breakfast was quite basic. ||I felt sorry for them as they had a boiler issue and no hot water. But they provided us with buckets of hot water to shower. ||Rooms were somewhat basic, but for a small town hotel it was okay.

Exceptional Stay in Mathura - Great Amenities, Delicious Food & Value for Money! We recently stayed at this hotel for a night during our visit to Mathura, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and well-maintained property. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether it's the spacious, well-furnished rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, or other thoughtful facilities, everything was designed to enhance the guest experience. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet--there were so many options to choose from, catering to different tastes. It was fresh, well-prepared, and perfect to kick-start the day. We also had dinner at the hotel, and it truly felt like homemade food--flavorful, light, and comforting, just what we needed after a long day of travel. Another big plus was the ample parking space, which made it hassle-free for us to park our vehicle securely. The overall experience was fantastic, and considering the quality of service, comfort, and food, it was definitely value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mathura, Vrindavan, whether for a short stay or a longer trip. We would love to return in the future!

I'll never advice anyone to book this hotel, especially for wedding, my sister chose this hotel for her destination wedding and we really regret our decision. I would have shared the pros and cons but unfortunately there are no such pros except the ambience of the hall. Following are the cons: 1. Their geysers are of no use, we had to take bath with cold water. After repairing it still had lukewarm water. 2. Our guest waited for 2-3 hours for check-in since they did not provide rooms on time. 3. The entire hotel staff lack training, they will provide you drinking water only after 2-3 reminders. 4. The food served to our guest was not hot and on complaining their staff replied that it's cold because of the AC, turn off the AC if you want hot food. This was the reply given to our guest. 5. We booked salon for a day but a room with 4 parlour chair and mirror was provided and no salon service was given, why will a person book salon for chair and mirror. 6. They provided the same leftover sabzi for the next day and few of my guest even had food poisoning after having it. 7. At the time of booking, they promised us to serve tea along with snacks 24*7 to our guest, but tea was served only after 2-3 reminders but no snacks were served. 8. They don't change the bedsheets everyday unless you ask them to. 9. They promised us that their waiters will serve our guest but no such thing happened during the entire wedding, our guest had to do self-service. 10. They want full money in return of poor service, they harassed my dad during the wedding for full payment, he had to arrange it on the wedding day itself. 11. We had asked them to put hamper in all the rooms before the arrival of our guest, even in this simple task they missed some rooms and hamper were given after our guests arrived.

Class less service no room cleaning / complaint raised of washroom unheard. Reception staff also unkind trying smart and shown unpleasant attitude towards guest. I personally feel cheated by service. Had real bad experience with this property
