Courteous services, peaceful serene atmosphere, helpful cleaning services, good housekeeping, very clean and comfortable rooms, very respectful and motivated staff, very patient and open to listen, and implement changes as per guest request and guest need. General manager Jaiveer Singh is on premises, very happy to access, help and listen to guest for all their needs to make it a very comfortable stay.

I am very disappointed with the behaviour of the staffs. They are not at all professionally trained and very rude. Being a regular guest I used to visit 3 times a month and stay there for days, Manager was too sweet on face but the behaviour and service of resort is horrible. Used to give tips of 3-4k happily to restaurant but lately they were rude and served half cooked food and also charged for that. Particularly theres a reception guy Arun Pathak who is neither professional on top of that very disrespectful. Sorry to say but like this they will loose all their guests. Was thinking of celebrating there with 40 guests but thank God I'm saved now. Don't recommend at all being a regular guest till now. They lack manners & etiquettes to serve guests.

I had the opportunity to attend my relative's wedding at Meera Madhav Resort with my family. The resort offers a beautiful ambiance, well-organized arrangements, and delicious food. The scenic surroundings make it a great place to stay while visiting Vrindavan's holy temples. However, my experience with room service was disappointing. Despite multiple reminders, the housekeeping team did not attend to my request for cleaning. Apart from this issue, everything else was excellent, and I would still recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

This resort has a marriage banquet hall. They play loud music and dhol till past midnight. Goodluck sleeping. Rooms are untidy and old. No where near what they show in pics. Location is pretty far from everywhere in Vrindavan

The service is good but the hotel is not what you see in pictures. The washrooms are terrible bad. You can't flush the toilet properly, it leaks and floods the floor. Bad cleaning. The door of the room does not close. Walls and curtains are extremely dirty. The manager asked me for my review and when I told this he said: You should have stayed in the premium rooms. I am not referring to luxury. I think even if these are not their premium rooms they should be at least clean and toilet and doors working properly. The location is in the middle of 2 main cities but there's no easy way to get a Tuk Tuk or a cab to get to those cities so if you don't have a car keep in mind there's no easy way to get there.

We were on a travelling trip. Had a wonderfull stay in hotel also need to mention good food... without onion garlic food quality is proper good with proper service ...we stay with neat and clean rooms and bathroom...staff is also supported with good hospitality... We say in one word all is proper good...
