Resort is good. But they used to take commission for each things. So if you have private vehicle it's good for leisure. Poor room service and Mosquito bite may disturb you. If you have trains in morning or night they it might be a problem. Otherwise it value for money.

The hotel is away from the market that's why I liked the location but rooms were not that clean although staff is good I fall sick there & they treated me like a family. Although it's not in working for so long so get better with time I recommend you to go there.

The hotel rooms are not well maintained. They will provide you the room with amenities like wifi, towels ,AC, but rooms are not cleaned well. The property is far away from mathura station. If someone wants to be quite place and away from city rush they can choose this hotel and try to avoid going family if you do not have your own vehicle.

The hotel is around 4 kms from railway station. And you can reach it directly by taking an autorickshaw from Railway station. Might take you Rs.60 at max. Dont get fooled by autorickshaws at station. They will ask for anything around 150 or even more if they sense you are new to the place. The room was quite good. If you plan to stay here, you might experience problems with fooding at the hotel. The hotel sources it's menu items from its another branch nearby, and the food is not that great. There are dhabas nearby which might provide value for money food. The hotel is on the outskirts of Mathura, so it would be good to have your own mode of transport. There are autorickshaws available though, sometimes infrequently throughout the day. But even those are there till 6 in the evening I guess. After that even autorickshaws aren't there.

It was one of my most horrible stays till now. 1. The room was smelling foul 2. The linen wasnt clean 3. I had made a booking of three guests, however they didn't provide any extra mattress or bed 4. The water was giving electricity shocks 5. The response was very poor

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, very bad services, no fooding facility is available, breakfast was worst. In short don't book this hotel even by mistake, unless you have do or die situation.
