Hotel staf is very helpful and friendly behaving in nature specially the manager . Food is higinic an best in taste . Waiter arde good in nature but not in a dressed uniform.

I have experienced restaurant service, This is the worst restaurant of my life. The staff are very indiscipline and very casual behaviour. and they are not standing with their commitment

I stayed here for a night. The positive point is location. The toilets are nit clean. I stayed on the top floor and room had an extra door towards balcony which was a longish gallery joining other room balconies & finally the stair case. THERE WAS NO LATCH ON THE DOOR FROM INSIDE AND ONE COULDN'T CLOSE IT. I had to keep the coffee table as an alarm I'm someone tried to get in. Secondly, the doorbell rang at 1:00 am and then 1:30 am. Finally I had to call up the security guard for assistance. Scary experience

The room was fine but the manager was terrible. I'm a solo female traveler and he made me feel very uncomfortable. I had to shout at him to get out of my room at one point.

The only reason for the survival of this hotel is its location. Everything else about this hotel is very poor, There is no light in washroom, washroom has no exhaust, the adgesent washroom has a big window opening in our room. There is no telephone in our room to call upon any kind of service, for each and everything we had to go downstaires and call them personally. Pillow is not good, bedsheed were not tidy and towels altough are clean but had a weired smell. Worst kind of management and service makes our stay worthless.

A very luxurious hotel situated on National Highway 27, it is situated at Polytechnic Crossroads of Basti district, on Gorakhpur to Lucknow lane. The service and arrangement here is very good, the room is very clean, there is also a restaurant in it, the taste and quality of the food is very good. The staff is very cooperative.
