Hotel Dev paradise

We had a wonderful stay here during our pilgrimage visit to Gokul. Aside from the above ratings, let me also say that the food was tasty, the beds were comfortable, and the hot water was plentiful! Even though the hotel is situated on a big road, traffic noise did not pose any problem. Many thanks to the owners and staff and we hope to return soon!

Unhygienic, extremely poor maintenance. We ordered lunch. However, all dishes were prepared using food colour and we all had bad throat post having meal here. When I asked the manager, do they use food colour? He said, colour to padta he hai. Washrooms condition were worst than public toilets. Don't go here. Save your money and health.

Very worst bad and unsatisfied experiance. I have made the payment in advance Due to the owner mistake I have make another payments to the owner physically despite I made payment online before check-in. since he didn't mark show to the guest. Room was not clean and washroom drain was full of debris. I would give 0 start. SHIVRAJ the owner of this hotel.. Most disrespectful person don't know how to talk. We had a huge arguments related to his mistake staff was the disrespect poor always ask for money for the tip. I would recommend please don't go this hotel

I stayed here with parents for a day (it was tough to get through the night) during our Gokul visit. When we arrived, the room was not ready (booked through OYO). We stayed outside the room with luggage for an hour while the staff tried to clean the room, there was bad cigarettes (bidi) smell in the room, it gave immediate headache to my mother. Staff was cooperative in cleaning the room and bathroom while we waited just outside the room. Another thing we noticed was that there is no power backup at the hotel (at least for the rooms). Unfortunately, when I visited, there was rainfall and thunderstorm, and there was no light for the most part of the night. As I had paid the full amount for the room, I had little choice to move to a better hotel nearby. I saw in the morning there were two big busses in front of the hotel, so it seems like they have a tie-up with travel agencies. I would not recommend this hotel if you really want to relax and feel good staying at a hotel. It felt more like just get through this day and tomorrow will be better. It is not a 3 star hotel, may be a 2 star or less.

Manager is good person. He is ready to help for everything. Arrangement is good. Rooms are good and big too. Washrooms are clean. Staff is friendly too.

Cleanliness of hotel premises and room are neat and clean , hotel owner and staff too helpful , they make u feel like a home...ek line Mai kahe toh Anna bna lete hai , safety wise ek number
