York Inn Boutique Hotel

This hotel is providing room with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is loaded with a lot of veg items. Food is fresh & good in taste. Behavior of all the stuffs is very good. They are very cooperative. Only area of improvement is the Washroom, which needs more cleanliness.

Beware, Rats Everywhere! I'm sharing my genuine experience. York Inn hotel is located in prime location and got reasonable amenities for the price however the cleanliness is way too worse. Especially on the dining area, you will see rats running all around. During buffet breakfast, a mice came and licked a dish spatula. See the video uploaded. We were shocked and immediately informed the same to hotel people who are there. They are least bothered and replied saying they will change spatula. Frankly not many people who stayed there bothered about the incident, instead they are ignoring and enjoying the meal. Though we stayed there for 3 nights, we were not ready to go for breakfast for the last two days. If you are okay to tolerate such hygiene then go for the hotel. Otherwise please avoid this hotel as you will puke by seeing many such scenarios in every single day.

Good stay .its was my official stay for 4 days.room are very old setup but good hotel to stay for office work

Hotel location is beside the flyover and difficult to locate. Further room is not clean as it should based on their star rating. Food is good and reception staff is not trained. Need lot of improvement and training

Cost and Quality doesn't match here. This is like a very basic hotel (Oyo types) that should be priced in the range of 1000-1200 but usually you will find prices high due to proximity to Charbagh and Aishbagh Railway stations. No parking available, also the location is not good as you have to enter in a service road below a flyover. Overall a very average place.

Stay was very uncomfortable whole night there was noise coming from outside since my room was road facing! There was a lot of disturbance at the corridor people talking and disturbing! I will never book this hotel again!!!

Terrible experience! The service was extremely poor. Bathroom was filthy, geyser was leaking, and despite complaints, no repair was done. Breakfast was also of very low quality. To make matters worse, the hotel manager, Mr. Pal, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
