Attended a function in the ballroom on ground floor. Decent food and services. Toilets reasonably clean and decent. Staff are not particularly polite. no parking in the hotel. Have to park outside. Drive in to the portico is one way. Have to backout. Good well styled entrance with fountains and nice reception desk.

I attended a birthday party at the hotel. The Hall was very well decorated . The party was well arranged . Snacks and dinner were very good . The staff service is very good . Cleanliness is remarkable . The location is easily reachable .

I will suggest to avoid this hotel if you are coming on family visit, so much disturbance, 24deg7 noice from construction etc, multiple calls from hotel, behaviour of staff is also not good considering 3 Star facility, rate of food are very high, even of hot milk for baby is 250 rs cost, service is also not upto the mark. Overall not a good experience of holiday trip with family.

Recently I visited this place for my nephew's mundan ceremony The place is very good, The staff is very friendly and the food is awesome I also had 2 functions here for my child.Every time I came I was never disappointed

I had worst experience even you can't imagine it. So lethargic attitude if you don't remind 3/4 times they don't even Clean your rooms think how you feel if you found your room messy at midnight

Visited for a party in a hall on ground floor...the floor and services was very good..enjoyed the service and obviously the party. You may enjoy the occasion there.

Room space is good., Toilet condition is good but flush is not working, toilet light is not glowing,main door lock is not working properly,meals rate is too much overpriced, cook behaviour is good, reception staff overlooking guest, very disappointing in deluxe room cost approx 3000 INR per day.

Very casual attitude of the Manager and the entire staff. Had brothers Engagement function on 12th oct. From Dim Lights in the hall, to music, Decoration and especially food. It was pathetic. They call themselves 4star hotel, and serve welcome drinks in cheapest disposals rather than glasses. No body takes note of starters and food taste which was hardly warm even. Very bad experience. Will not recommend anyone to fall in trap for discount they offer. 1 star rating
