Treebo Silver Grand, Lucknow

Pros: Hotel was clean. Room size was good. Cons: Too far from all city attractions (Approx 13 KM). Everytime you have to pay 300 to 400 rupees for cab or auto. First of all room amenities are not same for all rooms. We had booked 2 similar rooms. In one room they had provided hot water kettle and in the other room they had not. Then there was no table or stand near any point or socket where the kettle can be plugged. You have to plug in the kettle and hold. Another 2 points I will not share as cons but as experience. We had reached early in the mornings around 7:30 AM. Their check in time was 12 PM. We had 3 rooms booked for 2 nights. They had charged 1000 rupees as earlier check in charge. As We had kids and elderly people with us travelling by train so we requested them to adjust the complementary breakfast for that day. We told them that we will check out the hotel at around 5 AM so we will not be having breakfast on check out day and requested them to give the complementary breakfast that day. But they denied.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were infested with rats, which is unacceptable under any circumstances. I could hear them in the air conditioning unit and even saw them in the washroom false ceiling. It was horrifying and made me feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. After bringing this issue to the staff's attention, the problem was not resolved as the other rooms also had the same issue. I strongly advise against staying here

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The rooms were overrun with rats--I could hear them inside the AC and even spotted them in the hotel kitchen. It was both horrifying and deeply unsettling. Despite reporting this to the staff, no solution was provided as other rooms faced the same issue. This lack of hygiene and washrooms are filthy dirty. Fake reviews have been posted to make it look good. Almost all guests had same issue and the hotel does not change the bedsheets after guests check out. Please avoid this place at all costs!

Treebo Silver Grand hotel in Lucknow is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. The reasons - 1. The maintenance is pathetic - rooms have ugly damp patches on the ceiling, broken switchboards, the taps don't function properly and in room 203, the main door lock is broken. Moreover there are a few rats roaming around. On top of that, the glass panels in the staircase banister are missing in some places, which is very risky for small children. 2. The intercom telephones don't work in most rooms. 3. We stayed for 4 days, during this time, even after repeated requests, the manager Mr. Vishal didn't bother to get the lock repaired. Every day he would come up with a new excuse. 4. Free breakfast is below average. 5. Room service is slow and the bell boys seem reluctant to work. 6. We broke a plate accidentally, for which they charged us Rs. 500. This is too much for an ordinary quality dinner plate. 7. Mr. Vishal the manager pretends to be helpful but in reality he's not at all helpful or informative. Very poorly maintained property and pathetic service. Not at all matching with Treebo standards. Very bad experience.

Room's bedsheets were burnt due to cigarettes and there was no comfort on the bed for one to sleep. food was too much oily and was smelling bad.

Nice hospitality by staff for everything. Comfortable stay with family. Little suggestion could be improvement in breakfast menu and room amenities. Overall a good stay.

Staff is very supportive. Food is very good. Bed and linen requires some more good quality. Toiletries not sufficient.

Hotel in a good location. View from the window was amazing overseeing a lake. Rest was not upto the mark. Poor room maintenance .
