Extremely happy with this Hotels service... as I take travels group of to this property... best rooms , amenities they provide as they mention for their guest... staff is very helpful... it's either in f&b or front desk ... at Front desk All staff is very good... Miss Moni is polite and helpful other staff as bell boy.. Sarvesh and Atul very hard working... as they take care of the luggage very well

Nice banquet hall for reception and gathering, i went there for my friend's reception and the overall experience was good.. it probably fits 250 people, fully air conditioned and decor they did was luxurious!! Good experience overall, if you are looking for birthday party, kitty party, or any business seminar this is a good place to choose

Room was comfortable, clean and Ba h rooms very clean.. Service was good.. staff were very helpful . Food in resturant was excellent and had interaction with the chief chef , and we appreciate their concern care for the guests. Please keep the same tempo. Sure we will recommend to others. The hotel is situated very far from the Charbagh railway station and from alambagh bus stand. The place is preferable if you are nearby to Jankipuram, tedhi puliya & sitapur road. This hotel charges heavily for the marriage function and their package starts from Rs 1150 plus gst per plate for small functions and goes up to Rs 2150 plus gst per plate with a minimum gathering of 300 persons. The higher package may include 5 deluxe rooms complementary. Live counters for snacks can be booked for by paying extra charges. For doing marriage functions in this lawn you have to spend a decent amount. The hotel is on the highway and everything is far from it and even you have to pay heavy transportation charges for coming to this place. When we talk about the taste of food served then definitely this place will not disappoint you from the food sections. Some guests even complain about the behaviour at reception. This place also has a non-veg menu.

The decor was not as per pre booking. They spoiled the arrangements on The Day. The lift doesn't work properly. The food was not being served hot. Nothing was up to our expectations. The show and actual delivery are not at all in sync. Highly dissatisfied with Revanta.
