This is the worst hotel I have ever come across. Their rules and regulations are not just strict but completely illogical, making guests feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. 1. I booked the hotel online, but upon arrival, I was rudely told that I could only check in at 1 PM. They didn't even allow me to sit in the waiting area, as if I was some outsider and not a paying guest! 2. My phone battery was about to die, and I politely requested to charge it for just 10 minutes at the reception. A staff member named Jitender Kumar flat-out refused, saying it's against hotel rules. Seriously? Which decent hotel denies such a basic request? This place treats guests like a burden rather than customers. The staff is rude, the management is pathetic, and the policies are absurd. If you're looking for a horrible experience filled with inconvenience and frustration, then go ahead and book this hotel. Otherwise, STAY AWAY!

All types of break fast served south dishes north dishes all types of kits items were in the room like dental kit,soap kit ,shaving kits and sleepers and pleasant to stay

I stayed in this property for 2 nights for a business trip. Staff were really polite considering the adab and tahzeeb of Lucknow . Breakfast is decent with multiple buffet items. I would like to highlight the hospitality and friendly behaviour given by Miss Deepti, she is really good in hospitality and takes care of guests really well. Thank you team .

This is the perfect hotel for a foreigner who belong with out of country getaway in Lucknow. The downtown area on Main Street is a best-kept secret, and the (The Grand Radiant-3 star) offers everything like a 5-Star you need if you feel like you need to vent out.the food service very clean and they offer healthy food.I highly recommend to visit for every visiter.thank you so much for team management grand radian hotel.

One of the worst hotel and worst dinner we had in this hotel....outside food is not allowed and don't order food from this hotel even don't book room in this hotel... We had order 1 moton rogon josh and one chicken curry for dinner with tandoori roti...food was too salty so at that time we called them and return the food....but unfortunately at the time of checkout they added 2200 for the dinner....beware of this kind of hotel when u are visiting lucknow..

Average place, average room with poor furniture.. Shampoo is not part of toiletries. Carry your own shamooo.. Need to carry or buy shampoo from nearbuy shop. Breakfast /Tea is good.|Location is very good, centrally located.|Near to shopping area.

Property needs a lot of maintenance of rooms, corridors, restaurant. Everything looks out dated, though snacks ordered were good. Reception staff is rude and not helpful at all.
