The Grand Orion Hotel

Very Poor Service and Unhygienic Conditions I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The bedsheets were in an extremely dirty condition. I immediately complained to the reception, but the problem was not resolved. The receptionist casually told me that the service staff is only available between 4 PM to 6 PM, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. Overall, the service was pathetic and the management seems careless about guest comfort and hygiene. Not recommended.

I recently stayed at Hotel the grand orion and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The highlight for me was the breakfast, which offered a good variety and was of great value. One aspect worth mentioning is the hotel's convenient location. While it is situated on a side street, it is conveniently close to the market, making it easily accessible for travelers relying on public transportation. Overall, I would recommend Hotel the grand orion for its clean rooms, valuable breakfast, and convenient location near the bus station.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Unfortunately, the Bet-Sheet weren't as clean as expected. It left me questioning the hotel's overall hygiene standards. needed urgent replacement it was torn while I check-in. The door to our room was damaged and wouldn't close or lock properly. We felt unsafe and had to keep valuables with us at all times. I was shocked to find the bathroom in such poor condition - no tissue rolls, the shower barely worked, and there was no disinfectant provided. Hygiene and functionality should be a priority!" "The nights were unbearably noisy due to [loud guests, nearby construction, street traffic, etc.]. Even with the windows closed, the noise came through. Absolutely useless. Room did not even have a towel, when asked, I was informed that the towels were over. I ordered water bottles, came after 1.5 hours after following up 4 times. Breakfast was crap. No hot water in the bathroom. Staffs are clueless and maybe don't want to work. Never going to stay in this hotel ever again.

I literally have no positive words to write about this hotel. From checkin to check out everything was so pathetic. I can not describe the whole scenario in this review but there are few little details: 1- Staff is totally unprofessional 2- Never book Deluxe room online otherwise a stinky and small room will be sticked to you 3- geyser and exhaust fan were not working in both the 2 rooms they provided to us. 4- bed was full of bed bugs 5- no water bottle provided before asking 6- Room service Guy will keep knocking the door continuously until you open it 7- doors are not noise proof 8- I had booked a large king size bed but a very small size bed was provided. It seems like they don't like people making online bookings. 9- tiles were dirty in the Bathroom. No Grouting! 10- toilet seat was not cleaned since days. 11- stinky smell all inside the hotel. They use some smoke odours to get rid of it. 12- Prantha I received in breakfast had no taste. Totally saltless and not properly baked. Hence, not even a single thing was acceptable in this stay except the car parking and hotel location! It was Such a terrible experience we had last night! Kindly do not pay more than one thousand for any kind of room. There rooms don't deserve to be paid twenty five hundred rupees.

One of my worst experiences of staying in lucknow. Horrible conditions of the room and highly impolite staff. Almirah doors were broken, flush was not working, bedsheet had stains and did not seem changed. The staff was not cooperative at all and infact told their customers that if you are unsatisfied then checkout someone else will take the room. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Thanks for the Welcome n warmth showen during my stay. Mr Bhupinder is really helpful, had good guidance while visiting Lucknow for the first time. Location is really good, near to metro as well as highway. Comfortable stay.

The hotel rooms are good and the cleanliness is very good. The location is also good and the hotel staff is very helpful. I really enjoyed staying there. I will suggest my friends to stay here too. Thank you so much
