The Elite Lucknow Convention Hotel

Rooms were neat and clean. Staffs were very professional and polite. All room amenities were there. Some amenities which were earlier part of room was made on demand. Food was good. Breakfast menu options and quality reduced from my previous visit.|Lunch was good, particularly dahi ke kebab.

This was my one of the most comfortable stay in Lucknow , rooms and everything was very neat and clean and well maintained. staff was very nice. we loved it |If you are looking for a beautiful stay with cleanliness then this is the place for you in budget and nearby highway

The hotel's location and room basics would get a 3.5-4/5, but my experience pulls the rating down to 1 star. The AC didn't work all night, constantly throwing an error. When I informed the front desk, all I got was a plain, insincere "Sorry." No real effort to acknowledge the issue or make amends. When I asked why I was expected to pay the full amount despite this, their response was simply: "You have to pay, whether the AC works or not." The issue isn't about the money, but about basic courtesy and accountability. The AC wasn't an extra perk, it was part of what I paid for. If it didn't work, they could have done anything--charged a rupee less, offered a free coupon, given a apology note--something to show they care. But their attitude was simply: "Pay the full amount and leave." A disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Close to Lucknow-Agra highway. I booked directly with hotel and got good rates. Huge parking area inside hotel complex so big relief as I was travelling in my own car. Breakfast was good. Services was prompt and excellent.

Mr. ASHISH was the manager at Elite Lucknow hotel. Food at dinner was vegetarian and was hot and delicious. Breakfast had many variaties. Service was excellent. Hotel rooms were also clean. Hotel is near to the Airport. I would recommend it.
