Taj Mahal Lucknow

Got to spend a day at this beautiful Property. This property has a real old world charm as well as modernity in its hospitality and amenities. The lawns around rhe property to be during evening hours. Food and service standards are excellent. We are regulars at Taj but the Taj Mahal Lucknow has to be one of our most memorable stays. We loved every bit of it. A big thumbs up for Anshika and Abu from the restaurant for their exemplary service.

Had a fantastic and comfortable stay at Taj Mahal, Lucknow. The property is elegant, the food was excellent, and the service top-notch. A special shoutout to Shradha Saxena for her exceptional hospitality--she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended.

14 days at Taj lucknow were nothing but blissful, the staff was too kind and sweet. |Specially heera lal ji, he made sure to give me the best pool spa experience. Anishka, shubham took care of me like a baby, made me the best kadha and made sure I was well fed throughout the stay. Shubham specifically went out of his way with his hospitality and kindness and kunwar made the best juice for me, everyday. |Apart from them, every other staff there, from the gaurds to the reception staff, everybody were so warm and welcoming. Thank you and kuddos to the team! |Ps, the only thing that could get better was managing pests and mosquitoes.

My recent visit to the Taj Hotel in Lucknow was an exceptional experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the food. The pasta, noodles, and pizza were perfectly prepared, with rich flavors and fresh ingredients that showcased the chef's expertise. Each dish was served with an artistic touch, making the dining experience even more delightful. The hospitality at the Taj was equally impressive. The staff were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The elegant ambiance and serene surroundings added to the charm, making it a memorable experience. If you're in Lucknow and looking for a luxurious delightful cuisine, Taj Hotel is highly recommended.

Great hospitality. Very nice food. Very cooperative. We were travelling with an infant, the staff was gracious enough to provide us an early checkin. The staff (Shubham and Anshika) at the restaurant Sahib Cafe was also very helpful.

Visited this Place with my Father for an Urgent Medical Emergency - The Staff was really supportive, kind and generous. They offered us with the best possible solutions to all our problems. I mentioned my father was handicapped and they were just amazing throughout our stay.

It was very nice experience here. Sanya and hem Chandra co-operation was good .great atmosphere and light hearted music impress me.ambience and lightening also good overall it is very nice restaurant to visit and spent some time.thank you all staff of taj.

It's always a pleasure to be at Taj Lucknow. It's always in very high demand. As a result some times we don't get room. While every thing here is top class, the most distinguishing feature of Taj Lucknow is its highly courteous staff.|Its excellence in hospitality is worth emulating by others!
