Worst experience, very rude. Not at all understanding. Once they take all the money everyone disappears. Service is very bad. The owner is very rude and he doesn't know how to speak.half of the time their geyser doesn't work. Rooms are not clean. Charges are very high. Not worthy to stay. In the same price you can find other options with good services. Please don't commit the same mistake which we did by staying there.

I made a mistake by choosing this place for my engagement. The rooms are bad and it stinks. The ACs do not work most of the time and the worse part is water supply in the washroom on the first floor. You won't find water in washroom and most of the flush were not working. Plus there is no proper arrangements of drinking water you have to order it from outside. It's not about money we paid but the experience we got at this place and hope others don't face the nightmares that we faced.

We took this place just for location. it is equally good as lodge. Door doesn't close easily, locks are broken to add pad lock. All bathroom tabs were leaking. Seepage in most of the rooms. Phone not working. No security to see who is coming in. I didn't see cc tv anywhere.

The decorations are upto mark, also the rooms, but it is located very far from the main city, also there is congestion regarding parking. Overall a nice experience while staying here. The staffs are good and all earful for customer. The hotel also accepts online check-in via many websites and OYO.

far from the city. hotel is new but maintenance is poor. does not seems like professional hotel. fans are very dirty, toilets are not upto the mark, every time you have to call reception for bathroom water. however rooms are good but requires maintenance. OYO is not registered with supriya palace.

The rooms are good. When we went some sort of works were going on.The staff were really good.overall nice place to stay

The rooms were good but there were so many mosquitoes that spending the night became a bit terrible.
