The hotel looked good. Lift was working properly TV recharge was expired. Although there were 6 lights in the room, had there been a 0 watt bulb which we could switch on at night it would have been even better. While we checked in, the painting of the gallary just outside my room was undergoing due to which the odour of paint was coming. There was no water dispenser which was a major disappointing point as we had to rely on the kitchen for water. Upon online booking I was told that when I visit room the room will be ready as I wanted but it was not.

Rooms : 3/5 (AC keeps leaking) Toilet : 1/5 (shower not working / jet spray keeps leaking) Dirty : bed sheets / bath towels / blankets Food : 3/5 (that can be improve) Staff : 4/5 (expect one girl in morning shift .i guess her name is ankita. She don't know difference in between Request and order.) What I suggest : you need to work out in breakfast menu. Bad experience : AC, Toilet & Ankita (Morning shift receptionist)

Poor quality of rooms, garbage dump area just in front. The bedsheets, pillow covers were unkempt and dirty. Torn blanket covers. AC cooling hardly working. Leakages in washroom. Poor service and quality of rooms. Wouldn't recommend at all. Sheer waste of money.

I recently had a terrible experience at a hotel, easily one of the worst in my life. I had booked and paid a substantial amount for a two-day stay, expecting good service and facilities. Upon arrival, I found a large number of people waiting for their room allocations, and I was asked to wait as well. We ended up sitting around for nearly an hour without any updates. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told at least three guests, including me, that the property was fully booked, even though I had prepaid. Meanwhile, I noticed that some guests who hadn't paid online were being given rooms after lengthy discussions with the customer service representatives. When I finally got my room, it was disappointing--small, poorly cleaned, and filled with issues. I strongly advise against booking online at this hotel. They will not only frustrate you but may also demand extra money and cause additional inconveniences.

This is not a proper hotel. Mainly a banquet with rooms. Bad room service. Address mentioned is not correct. Out side the main city. Front view is public toilet and slums.

Hotel is in front of Garbage dump yard. Surrounding stinks due to garbage littered in front of the hotel. Also a public toilet just in front of the hotel makes situation worst. Most of the guests are young couples only, which make situation awkward for family visiting the hotel. Not for family.

Perfect location, great room service & staff behaviour also very nice.
