After Spending 5500 for 2 days one should not expect getting a unhygienic room with stains on the bed, hairs of lovebirds all around bed, beer bottles , cigrattes and smell of a rotten egg and above that a condom in a room as soon as you enter.

All the stafs and service workers are nice and very polite I love the service of the manager and all the management I'll visit again Thank you

one of the worst hotels I ever been too. First of all there is a limited amount of parking of up to 3 cars (two of the car parking space will be taken up by their own fellow workers). I had booked online through an app and they said that I haven't booked and was making a huge deal about it. They were talking aggressively & rudely. Charged us extra for the room on top of that the online booking said that we would have breakfast included but then they said that the app has a problem and they wouldn't provide us. When we got to the room, it was one of the most unhygienic and dirtiest room I have seen. The bedsheets were filled with stains (room had a weird scent to it. The rooms were small, pillows and bedsheets was so dirty. The ac was not working and don't even get me started on the toilet. Literally was so dirty, it was filled with wet soaked musty hair of others. Toilet smelt weird and overall it was so dirty and disgusting ( would make you want to puke when you enter the toilet from the smell and the view). And since it was cold and the blanket was thin, I had requested for another blanket since I was freezing cold (PLUS THE AC WASNT WORKING). They said they would bring it and after the whole night, nope no blanket. If they couldn't give a extra blanket couldn't they have just said it instead of making me wait and stay up the whole night for it ? Overall this place is the worst place I stayed at. We booked for two nights but only stayed for one cause it was such a horrible place to stay. I would highly NOT recommend anyone who is planning to stay here cause it was the worst experience ever. ( I wish I had taken some photos but I was super taken aback by the service & conditions of the room that I forgot to)

Everything of this hotel was bad. We booked online for 3 adults and paid for same. But they didn't allowed and asked us to pay more and take another room. Later when asked for printed bill they said it's not available and didn't gave any GST bill. Rooms were also not good. They didn't delivered anything in room, even for mosquitoes killer we need to go to reception in mid night. Totally pathetic hospitality.

No towel, no soap provided room was ok ac was working but bathroom was smelling bad of liquer,

One of the worst hotel I've ever visited, Rooms do look clean but are not up close. The bathrooms are poorly maintained with many taps/showers not working. You're given no vanity products except towels so you're on your own. Although we didn't order much, but whatever we did ordered was not up to the point. Not cooperating/ professional staff, they are even rude to some extent. not recommended unless you are desperate for a room and bounded by the area you can stay in.

Hotel staff is so kind and I have not faced any problem regarding cleanliness.they are very friendly...love the behaviour of manager and staff it feel like at home. Rooms were good and nice bathrooms. Good experience and affordable too.
