Just had the most wonderful dining experience at Azrak here in Saraka. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable meal. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food--each dish was a delightful explosion of flavor. The kebabs, in particular, were cooked to perfection--juicy, tender, and seasoned just right. The main course followed suit, offering a perfect balance of rich spices and comforting warmth that truly showcased the chef's expertise.||A special mention goes to Dhiresh, who served us with genuine warmth and professionalism. His attention to detail, prompt service, and kind demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such hospitality that feels both polished and personal, and Dheeresh truly went above and beyond.

Am visiting my hometown of Lucknow and my brother took me out to eat some authentic nawabi food. We visited the restaurant at Saraca- Azrak and I just loved it all...ambience, food and service ! Sous chef Vinod was extremely attentive and courteous and served some outstanding recommendations- be it the majlisi kebab or Biryani or the hing matar kebabs or the bagare baigan. Everything was cooked to perfection. But the biggest surprise was the narangi kulfi..I recommend them all!|Must visit once while in Lucknow.

The hotel is perfectly comfortable and clean, but the staff and their hospitality is what makes this a great place. I had lunch at 1936 restaurant where Suraj and Pramod took very good care of me. Also, a special mention to Satyam who made sure that the food I was served for dinner was exactly according to my spice tolerance which is essentially zero, so many many thanks to him! Strongly recommend!

I actually went to their rooftop restaurant and I really liked the vibe and ambience. Food prices are premium but what else we can expect from a good restaurant and hotel. But to be honest I tried their beverages and lotus stem honey chilli. It was really good. I also liked their service as it was top notch. They made sure I am comfortable and enjoying good food.

The hotel has a heritage look with plenty of rooms and small swimming pool, spa and multiple restaurants offering various cuisines. The rooms are spacious, clean and staff is polite and friendly. There's ample parking space with valet parking available Breakfast spread does have ample of North Indian and South Indian options plus there's a mouth watering dessert section. The food is non spicy, non oily.
