Sapphire Suites

My stay at Sapphire Suites was a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm and friendly hospitality. The staff were very polite and always willing to help with a smile. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast, which had a great variety and tasted delicious. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable -- perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely love to come back again.

I especially appreciated the peaceful location--away from the hustle yet close to key areas like Hazratganj. The ambiance, cleanliness, and service truly reflect a luxury experience. My stay at sapphire suites was a good experience. The staff were polite and the food was very good. The breakfast spread was very tasty. Arti the front office manager was courteous to help me in the process was polite and kind. Overall the experience was very good. The rooms were spacious and neat.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at [Business Name]. The unprofessional behavior of the staff and the subpar service left a sour taste in my mouth. To start, the prices were significantly higher than what I expected, but what I got in return was far below par. Given the exorbitant prices, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, sapphire suites fell woefully short of my expectations. Unless they revamp their service standards and train their staff to be more professional and customer-focused, I would not recommend sapphire suites to anyone. *Suggestions for Improvement:* - Train staff to be more professional and customer-focused - Review pricing strategy to ensure it's aligned with the quality of service provided *Will I return?:* Unfortunately, I won't be returning to sapphire suites anytime soon.

I had a great stay at Sapphire Suite! The entire service was excellent, and the staff was courteous and professional. A special mention to Ramcharitra--he was extremely good, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel. Room, ambience, services all are great. Booking was done directly and the lady named Aqsa at the front desk, who did my booking and checkout was very cordial and helpful. The staffs took really good care of everything.. will surely comeback to stay again.

Elegant place and wonderful stay as well. Restaurant, activity area are cherries to the top. Rooms are spacious and wonderful Suggestion: Washrooms are without lock or any knob,please upgrade the door particularly.

I recently had pleasure of staying at Sapphire suites by Arif Castles . From the moment I arrived at hotel , I was greeted with warm hospitality and seamless check in. The room was spacious and impeccably clean best suites I have visited till now. The view from my room was a perfect one offering a view of pool. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything I needed. I will definitely be returning to the same hotel and i highly recommend to everyone for a luxurious stay..
