Sapna Clarks Inn

Stayed there to attend a wedding. The room had no refrigerator and the safe was out of order. Had to carry around my valuables on my person. The wedding was in an outdoor and indoor area on the ground floor. Banquet snacks and food were not up to standard. Parking on the road.

Hotel rooms need renovation very badly. Didn't expect this. Room size is small. Located approx 29-30mins away from Gomti Nagar. Food taste is good. Got late, while checking in, upon request I was served food late at night. Appreciate that. Service was good.

We had a dinner party of 13 with family at Sapna Clarks inn and they really surpassed my expectations. The food was nice especially the Butter nans, malai kofta, daal makhni and kadhai paneer.|Service was quick and all the serving staff were courteous and friendly. Neha guided me towards the portions and the number of dishes I should order among the group, saving my money and time. Thanks Neha for that. |The best thing which I must mention here is the portion sizes of the dishes. I was amazed to see how the food we ordered was perfect amount for our group of 13. ||Overall, we had a great time dining at Sapna clarks Inn. Thanks Sachin for convincing me to come here and dine. This was the perfectly spiced Indian food I had during my entire India trip this time since I can't tolerate spices no-more. But loved the way you and your staff took our feedbacks and customised the curries before serving. |Will surely be back again.

The rooms are spacious and well planned. We had a full length mirror in our room which made my life easier. Also they had proper lighting provided where required. The only thing I found irritating was that the washroom used to stink! The location is not nearby to most of the sightseeing points but the local rickshaw takes you there at reasonable rates (depends on your bargaining skills). Uber/ Ola are also available at suprisingly cheaper rates that local rickshaws sometimes. Services good. The staff is prompt in their services and eager to provide solutions. Most of them gave us tips for shopping and which markets to go to. Their staff is very friendly. They have an amazing rooftop restaurant and their food is equally good.

Hotel was good But facing the 4 issue 1. Room 118 was not good for me because the door was in front of bed 2. Inside room no slippers 3. 2 or 3 times the children rang the room bell and ran away 4. Washroom floor was not cleaned properly If I go to the washroom without slippers, my feet get dirty because the floor is dirty That's why i give the only 3 star for your hotel review

Otherwise their food was delicious.

Service was exceptional, they helped us settle down into the room with such ease! Breakfast was lovely, and the staff was very friendly. Throughout our stay Zareena helped us with our meals and gave top quality service

The food / breakfast was good, service was good. Unfortunately because of the traffic we reached late so we got a very small room, which was not clean. We were three of us, mom in wheelchair. They had no other room. Our room was given to someone else.
