*1/5 - Disappointing Stay at Roop Guest House* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Roop Guest House, and I must say it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. The rooms were small and dingy, with worn-out furniture and dirty linens. The bathroom was in a pathetic state, with leaky faucets and a broken showerhead. The staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns, and the service was slow and unfriendly. The location was also quite far from the city center, making it difficult to access local amenities. The food was average at best, with limited options and poor quality. Overall, I would not recommend Roop Guest House to anyone. There are far better options available in the area, and I would advise others to explore those instead. *Rating Breakdown:* - Cleanliness: 1/5 - Service: 2/5 - Location: 2/5 - Value: 1/5

An absolute NIGHTMARE of experience (24.03.2025)! - faced brutal dishonesty, absolute rage against guests at check-in around 2:00 A.M. on 24-March-2025 - displayed "24-hour" check-in while booking (on Agoda); turned out to be a lie, no refund received, rather asked to pay double the price in CASH. - faced argument, threatening from the "manager", asked to leave, door shut-in on the face. - an absolute spooky location to stay-in, located in the narrowest street; a sweet location for any " mishappening" to occur.

VERY NICE EXPERIENCE AND ALSO OWNER HELP ME A LOT WITH ME EXAM I AM SO GRATEFUL THAT I CHOOSE TO STAY HERE EVERYTHING WAS SO NICE AND PEOPLE AND SERVICE WITH FULL NIGHT AC AND A HIGH SPEED WIFI

Arpit and pandey ji takes good care of the guests , just 200 MTRS away from charbagh station ,take the narrow lane opposite to sudarshan theatre and it just 50 MTRS from there ,bathrooms are nice ,beds are decent, many food options near by, eat at Sharma bhojnalaya for best veg food

Really nice experience environment friendly as well as budget friendly the staff and owner behaviour was up to mark and really polite will definitely look ahead to keep visiting

Facility of this guest house was Excellent Everything I found here was very good

Room is ok. Rs 500 for a 100 sqft room. I asked to remove cooler as i have no requirement. Still they keep it in my room. Also room is dirty. Small room no problem but very dirty room. Even noticed bed bugs.
