Renaissance Lucknow Hotel

It was a lovely lavish experience.. All the food items were top notch and I simply loved the hospitality shown by the staff.. Not to forget about the ambience, it is beautiful.. We came to celebrate my dad's birthday. He enjoyed thoroughly and that means the whole world to me.!! |Keep up the excellent work..!!

The stay was very good and the staffs are very polite and humble. The person named Saifan is very polite and friendly in nature and was always ready to help in best possible way. The only thing was the lady at L14 restaurant should behave a little politely with guests. Rest all things were superb. Thanks

We were staying at the hotel for a wedding. The room service was downright terrible. They refused to provide even the bare minimum. Had to wait for more than 2 hours to get a bucket and stool for my 94 year old grandfather as he was not able to use the shower. Every small ask at the reception took a minimum of 1 hour- had to repeatedly call them every time to get all services fulfilled. They even refused to provide 2 key cards for the same room which was a big hassle if you wanted to use the lift which did not work without the key card. With everything good at the place, the room service/ guest service was very poor. The staff lacked basic people skills and refused to help when asked.

Excellent service. The service by Saksham at the dining in 14th floor was the highlight. Clean rooms, good frontdesk experience.|Skybar had a good ambience and good service. |Overall it was a very pleasing experience. |The staff was also process oriented.

Had a very good experience. The property is good and breakfast was really nice. Chef Pramod kumar prepared a delicious meal for us customised to our taste buds. Also happy about a surprise cake provided to me on my special occasion by the hotel.

We went for lunch yesterday, a Monday afternoon to the L-14 restaurant. There was no hostess to seat us, there were 2 servers in the restaurant and hence extremely difficult to get their attention when we required any assistance. Table was for 4 people but napkins were placed for only 2 people and even after seating us this was not noticed, i had to call the server and ask for more napkins. Just the day before my family and i had gone to the Taj, Lucknow and the service compared to we received there and what we got at L-14 was very very disappointing. I can easily say there is no reason for me to visit the restaurant again.

Shaksham at the restaurant was super helpful he defines great service. All of the hotel staff is awesome. Seamless checking in with Gulafsha as well over all fantastic experience I definitely recommend staying here. Views from the Terris bar are superb too

Nice service and support from entire team specially I like service from Abhishek at Breakfast his filter coffee was booster energy for me. Overall room and amenities 5, breakfast 5, room service and quick response 4, and the lounge and Dinner 5 from me.
