REGENTA CENTRAL LUCKNOW

I recently stayed at Regenta Central, Lucknow, and while I truly appreciated the hospitality and responsiveness of the staff, I feel compelled to point out some issues that need urgent attention. We had booked the **Royal Suite**, but unfortunately, the **AC wasn't working**. I requested the staff to look into it, and they tried their best, but eventually had to **shift us to another room**. The new room was quite nice, with good interiors and overall ambiance -- but the **AC again was not up to the mark**. Additionally, **hot water wasn't available in the tap**, and even after waiting for a long time, it didn't work properly. While we visited in the summer, I can only imagine how inconvenient this would be in winter. Again, I want to **emphasize that the staff was very courteous and helpful** -- they are doing a commendable job with the resources available to them. The issues seem to be related to **infrastructure and maintenance**, which I hope the hotel management or higher authorities will address soon. This place has great potential, but it urgently needs **renovation and better facilities** to truly offer a comfortable experience.

The service was extremely quick and the staff was very patient. Miss Purnima looked after all my meals extremely cautiously. Enjoyed the stay. The food was also pretty nice . The housekeeping was quick on their toes and for anything that you called the reception, it was addressed instantly. Good stay overall

I would like to bring to the notice of senior management about the attitude and behaviour of the staff. Hotel is good with rooms nicely made up but however the staff was so rude specially the food manager Mr Ajay. The matter was informed to the manager but no action was being taken. Inspite of continuously asking for feedback form or complaint register, they were unable to provide. The solution provided at the end was to update their GM and no further action or even a apology. I am a regular client for Royal Orchid Vadodara due to their awesome service but Regenta Lucknow should be avoided. I would recommend all my colleague to avoid booking this hotel.

The hotel is at good location with excellent ambience and service staff. All staff of Hotel are polite, hospitality is very good. Location of hotel is near to Lucknow station. All tourist place are near to this hotel and transport is available for all area.

We had a very comfortable stay and the rooms were very spacious.The bathrooms were clean with continuous warm water. The servers were very gentle. We were very tired after long journey, it was a relaxing stay. Looking forward to visit best time soon. All the best.

Disappointing Stay - Poor Room Service, Bad Staff Behavior, and Subpar Food Quality I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The room service was incredibly slow--our food took so long to arrive that by the time it did, my family had already fallen asleep. To make matters worse, the food quality was below expectations and did not justify the long wait. The staff's behavior was also disappointing. We had an unpleasant interaction with the front desk team, who, rather than offering assistance or addressing our concerns, were dismissive and unhelpful. When we asked to speak to a manager, the front desk staff claimed to be the manager, which left us feeling frustrated and unheard. Finally, when it came time to check out, we were handed the bill so quickly, despite the poor quality of service throughout our stay. There was no attempt to address our dissatisfaction, which made the overall experience even worse. For the price we paid, the service and quality were far below what we expected. I would not recommend this hotel to others based on our experience.

I was in this hotel from 22nd feb to 25 feb 2025 room num 5109 I am having mixed response , the breakfast was good . But rooms need maintainance, first the warm water proplem followed by bad AC ,for this I need to call maintainance staff twice, The most irritating part was there was no soap and no gel soap from the day I arrived in the room , I requested to the reception pressing number 9 but of no use ,evertome i hear saying ok madam . finally I was in lucknow for a vacation , I used to enter room around 6.30 / 7 pm.in the middle of bath I used to realise no bath gel refilled this goes on for 2 consecutive days finally I brought my own shower gel . The lid of the tea/ coffee jar was broken. I liked lucknow and room but I wanted to share this part too so that maintainance of the rooms be on priority basis because afterall we are paying good amount of money to make the stay memorable amd also the lift was weired you can't go directly to your room from basement first u need to press 1 than u will enter the reception from there u have to take another life I find it v v weired . And finally around 10 pm I ordered some salad from the dining hall which was too bad. So don't order anything from the kitchen it's a waste of money better order from zomato
