Raj Palace

I had a pleasant stay at Raj Palace. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience comfortable. The food was also good, with a decent variety and quality. The staff was courteous, and the overall ambiance was welcoming. Would recommend it for a hassle-free stay!

This is more of a Lodge than a Hotel. I got fooled by the name "Fab Hotel". It is a basic hotel: No lifts, No parking, No basic room amenities like Tea Kettle, Iron Box, Toilet paper etc. Bed linen, pillow cover and quilt all were dirty and stinky. They changed it at 11PM at night when we complained. AC was turned off from reception, I had to personally go to the reception to get it turned on. Food served on demand was fresh and good (The only positive thing). Our booking had free breakfast but they offer only one dish for free. Rest they will charge for anything including tea and water if demanded with breakfast! Our booking included 2 hours of late check out subject to availability. (I found the rooms mostly vacant) But the hotel initially demanded Rs 500 extra. Same time they were pestering me to write a review about the hotel before leaving. When I refused they allowed late check out without any payment. On the positive side, the hotel will make you nostalgic when the reception pushes a thick register asking you to write down your details like Name, Gender, From, To, Purpose of Visit etc! Despite being a frequent traveller, I was doing this after some 12 years!

This is a very bad hotel and my experience is that this hotel should be taken which I cannot say. If you are running any business or any business then first you should see the priority of the guest or customer and not just think about your fill the pocket. I feel that the person who was sitting at the reception at night is a disgrace to the name of the manager. He neither has the manners to speak nor does he know how to deal with guests. First of all, you people probably don't know the hotel rules. I have said about filling the pockets because when there are rooms with two occupancies, why would you charge extra money for one person. And secondly, learn to make the customer happy so that he thinks of coming to your hotel again and can recommend it to someone and Akash Jaiswal who is the owner or whoever is the owner, please my humble request to you is that if you want to run your hotel then keep professional staffs. I have also a hotlier, I also know the meaning of review, you will not like knowing all this, you will not like seeing it, but what to do, how will you know the result until you give the exam. How much preparation have you done, that is why I am saying that you should think less about filling your pockets and think about keeping the customer more happy, the customer will review himself and your business will improve automatically. Bas jyada kuch nahi bolunga kyuki samjdhar ke liye ishaara kaafi hota hai.

We had the best experience. Excellent clean and friendly staff. You can stay with family. Friendly staff and price is also reasonable. All the amenities and comfortable. Thank you for your service.

Rooms were nice, clean and vibrant in nature. Food was too good and tastier in nature. Staff was cooperative and helpful at best. Some things like stay policies especially check-in and check-out timings need to be flexible and should be clarified in advance so that no confusion arises and hotel needs to be easily located on road. Rest assured hotel members will make you feel comforatable like 5 star hotel and it was worth it.

I stayed only one night and overall was very nice! The room was big and they provide all the amenities you could need, the staff was great and also the food I had was super nice! The only little downside was that it was a little bit noisy but probably only because I was on the ground floor.

Have stayed for 1 day and my overall experience was satisfactory. Staff were polite and of helping nature. Room and premise was neat and clean
