Radisson Hotel Lucknow City Center

Pros: Central Lucknow location, clean rooms, decent food. Cons: Staff responsiveness and service quality need improvement.Freezer issue in room wasn't resolved. Overall, it's an okay option if you prioritize location and can tolerate some service issues. Actually all issues created by staff only, facilities setup was Radisson are good.

I had one of the worst stays at this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone. The air conditioning barely worked -- it was more like a fan blowing warm air. Despite multiple complaints, no one bothered to fix it, and sleeping at night felt like a punishment. The food was another nightmare. It was stale, tasteless, and clearly not freshly prepared. I ended up skipping most meals because I didn't want to risk falling sick. Cleanliness was not up to the mark -- the bathroom smelled musty, and the towels looked reused. The staff was unresponsive and seemed least bothered about guest comfort. For the price they charge, this place is a total rip-off.

Location is good for business trip, small lobby, well trained FO staff are polite and helpful. Restaurant serves decent breakfast spread, however a la cart is a bit on the higher side. Room was decent sized and comfortable however had trouble with AC throughout the stay. Overall Average stay however nothing much to complain about.

It was an unpleasant experience. I didn't expect this from a 5 Star hotel. I went with my family and had a buffet. The variety of the food was too less according to the plate. Welcome drink was not served. Hospitality was bad. Ambience crockery cutlery everything needs to be replaced. Refilling of food took a long time. Overall it was a bad experience. Will never visit in future.

Stayed in Radisson, city center recently. Hotel is good but cleanliness in rooms, carpets, bathrooms, room service and restaurant service leaves room for improvement. We have experienced better. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of variety. Idlis were stale on the first day. Restaurant manager Ashish was good and provides us good service. To the management- keep your staff motivated and your rating will improve. I know it is a struggle for profitability, sustainability in the service industry.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were courteous and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were well-maintained. The location was convenient and ideal for both business and leisure. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The pool is slightly small and not very clear water. Hotel management is good. Staff behavior and service are really good. Staff is friendly and attentive. Sheetal, Anukriti, Anika, Shiv Pratap, Kaumudi, Yash, Adnaan, Ramit were so helpful. Ambience is nice. Would like to stay here in my next visit.
