I stayed here from 12th till 19th June 2020. When I arrived they said that they accept on cash payment any payment made on the OYO app isn't acceptable. Next room that was shown to me Non Ac was very small and the washroom was told to me that it is common and I was never informed that they also have rooms where washroom is inside the room. I spent a horrible night on day one sweating under the Fan couldn't open window because of insects. The other after argument they told me that you should have told us if you have problem with common washroom we would have shifted you to one which has inside the room which they should have done at first because I didn't knew if they have such rooms too. wifi not available in the room it is only available in the reception area which is ok ok atleast to get your browsing work done no downloads whatsoever. Next I spent 3 days without problem then I wanted to extend my stay as I was new in the city and didn't wanted to move here and there so I decided to extend my stay so I booked the same from OYO again and made the payment I was then given AC room at cost of Deluxe AC when asked that picture says something different answer that I got was OYO walo ne liya hai vo pics we can't do much and also they said that we don't give room to people who pay from the OYO app. I'll tell you why because when you pay Rs865 on OYO the amount that hotel get's is usually rs 100-150 less because of which they insist you to pay cash so they get the whole amount. Now coming to AC they asked me to pay first every morning and then for one whole day AC never worked when asked they said Phase is down and after multiple visit to the reception they started the AC at 9.30pm. So i already paid for AC for not having one got no compensation for that. if you have to stay you pay in full their services doesn't work not their problem because you already paid. My room TV didn't work for 4 days even after asking them to get it working everyday 3-4 times in a day they said provider service is down on day 1 day 2 there is no recharge day 3 we will recharge today and day 4 i checked out so I don't know if they have recharged or not and after all this they ask you to give good ratings you see Hippocracy at its best. All in All worst experience I ever had If you are looking to stay here read this if you still want to stay here then May God Bless You.

Hotel is located right at the centre of the city. Easy public transport available righy at the door step. Rooms are also decent with reasonable tarif. The property has a beautiful terrace even. Must try if you are visiting the city of nawabs and need a decent room with reasonable tarif rite at the heart of the city.

I am sorry for my previous review it was not written by me .Now i have seen the owners response and here is the real one . the hotel was good and the services was also good but a bit delayed so i want the mangement to be a bit faster and and it is a under budget hotel in lucknow i would say one of the best under budget hotel in lucknow . and i am again sorry for my previous one

This place charged me 25 rupees for a water bottle. While the mrp of bottle was 20. When asked about the difference they told me it was service charge, rooms are good but please carry your personal blankets while visiting.

Nice place in a great location. It's not a Mahal but its a Mahal for the reasonable rates. If you need a place to stay if you are in LKO for business or leisure on a budget, this is the place to go! Great service and comfortable rooms. Lots of things to explore around the area and friendly staff!
