Pal Paradise | Hotel & Banquet

Room was nice and clean.....food was also good but Mr Ashu at reception was very rude and harsh....(for wch i am giving only 2 stars).... We booked room for prayag mahajumbh visit for 22feb but reachd hotel at 5.30am for chkin on 23feb....our room charge was 3k without bfst....we asked reception staff while chking in for good places for bfst in morng but he kept on insisting that its already included in your room-we again reconfirmed at 10.30am whn we got up and again reception staff said yes but on final chking out they were charging for bfst. We told their senior manger that your staff at night confirmed for meals included on wch they replied they r not trained and dint knw...and on that MR ASHU was FIGHTING wid us and was very rude -that is when they lost all their rating...so kindly dont rely on reception staff and being a 3 star hotel they also dont train staff for basic manners and how to tlk politely.....if asked politely we cud have come to some conclusion but no he kept on fighting and their senior manager was standing and did not think to intervene....so not worth a 3 star hotel

This is an average hotel. Looks like 2 star hotel. Location is very good for those who want to buy meals from outside. Cheap sanitaryware materials, tiles and doors used in the bathroom. Room is average. Door quality is average. No enough table in dining hall. Breakfast was tasty. Staff and waiter were very helpful. Overall, I can say average. Below my expectation.

The hotel is in hazratganj. But it's in the narrow bylanes, not on the main road. It's a few hundred metres from Hazratganj metro. The rooms are clean and fresh. The manager showed warmth and enthusiasm. Overall, a good place to stay if you don't mind going into the narrow bylanes. The rooms are as shown in the pics.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days ,very clean rooms ,aesthetically beautiful hotel .The manager ,Mr.Rana pratap was very professional and helpful .Food was really good ,services prompt .Best stay

Hotel rooms are decent, clean and spacious. Service is good and staff is courteous. Location is also good being in the congested Narahi area

Situated in Hazratganj, the heart of Lucknow city, this hotel is full of all the comforts and facilities. My experience here has been extremely joyful and pleasant. All the employees working here are very cooperative and polite, the food here is very tasty.

Bathroom was very unusable. It looks well maintained, but there is sewage smell when you use the tap. I changed my room from 205 to 201, and the issue persisted. Would not recommend.

Best Hotel for stay at the suitable location at reasonable price . Im so satisfied with hotel's room with neat and clean . Staffs have well polite manner . I love this hotel and planing to visit once again while i will be in lucknow again. -Kiran Khadka (Nepal)
