OYO Dream Inn Near Badshahnagar Metro Station

Horrible experience, No water in washroom, Took 1 hour in morning for water to flow (and that too deal slow speed) after the motor was switched on ...had to hold my loo pressure ....come on ...I didn't pay for this service / experience.... .rooms were smelling, AC was not working and they tried to explain it will cool down after some time which never happened. Worst experience...please do not stay here.

Worst experience...Illiterate staff ..no idea about customer service..They don't care whether u chk in or not..if u raise any concern they simply say u can cancel the booking.Also they cheated us on rate ..we booked online rate was different and when we booked offline rate was different...Very Very Bad

Worst hotel ever. Should be closed down. Worse than a dharamshala. Actually dharamshalas are much better compared to this hotel. Entire hotel has this pungent smell of sewage. The rooms are also filled with this stench. Worstly kept washrooms. No cleaning. You might get an infection. The management should be shameful for running an establishment in such a loose and carefree manner.

Terrible experience.. they charged 2800 for a below average dirty room with zero services, but we had to take it because we were in need back then. Afterwards I checked the prices online and it was much lesser. The room was not even worth 500. They're pure thugs.

Not worth the price... suffocating rooms, bad service, no kitchen, untidy with insects. Moreover, most of the staff is proudy, as if they are providing some five star facilities. They don't even have proper RO water for guests. I had to stay here because i was stuck with the location, didnt had a choice to move far. Its rooms aren't worth more than 6-700. Tip - you will find far better accommodations in other part of the city, provided you don't have to stay in the same location.

I'm currently supposed to stay here for 3 months on company work. The rooms are still ok but on the 3rd day itself there is a water problem in the toilet, there is no wi-fi facility in the room, no one bothers to even ask if I need a bottle of drinking water. There's no food provided. No laundry service offered as well. How does one manage to survive without these basic amenities? I will be advising my company admin team to find something more suitable if I need to stay in Lucknow for 3 months. Not happy with the Dream Inn overall.
