The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions." The manager of the hotel was very nice person. Special thanks for Mr. Waseem and Mr. Hamd, they are really helpful as best as they can do much appreciated. We need that kind of staff every hotel, so we can enjoy our golden moments, they are very kind full person. Again thanks for both of that .

I was booked the hotel through online sites, on reaching the hotel they were asking for extra money and also the room is stinking and their washroom is very dirty and stinking. Also the behaviour of their staff was like gunda's(goons), they force me to pay like double sum of money, on Denial they asked to leave the hotel and also they also not refund the money. Not to go in any circumstances in this hotel, you will get a better deal than this hotel in nearby areas

Not happy with their service and room cleaning services Edit : I am attaching my screenshot after owner is saying I was not there and if you again say I haven't done booking and all I will give you 1 star I am just giving 2 star because I like the behavior of owner Rest you need to improve your quality else others will also suffer. Your staff took more then 1 hour to clean things once we entered

PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. Do not pay online for this hotel . They will refuse to let you check in . I booked and paid on OYO , but when i approached the property , the person on the front desk didn't let me check in and asked me to cancel the booking on OYO . I tried to convince them for almost half an hour inspite i got confirmed booking and already paid , finally i was fed up and left . Then i tried to talk to OYO customer servive . OYO customer service was effective but not fast enough . OYO team fixed the problem after 3 hours , at that time i had already left the city. OYO had already refunded my amount paid . But my plans for the day were ruined.

We had booked this hotel via MakeMyTrip price was low so while booking we were so happy but as soon as we booked there came a clause that room is for freshen up only and only for males initially this condition wasn't no where. So we tried to contact them but no one pickup the call. After reach there staff behaviour wasn't cooperative and seem it's their plan to make money via fraud. 1:- My question is if room was only for 3hrs why "check in" and "check out" time was 2pm and 12pm respectively 2:- after reaching there why didn't they allow me to see the room once. 3:- why did they allot that to someone else if check-in and check-out time was alloted to us. Not recommended to anyone and make my trip should immediately removed this hotel from their app.

They are thugs, doesn't give full information about the rooms, whenever u will book it shows check in time 2pm to 12pm of next day... But somewhere was written rooms for "3hrs only for freshen up and only for males" so in confusion we tried to call them to know about it but no one recieved the phone (seem all was planned from the begining). When we reach their we came to know that room was only for 3 hrs, our main anguish about it is they should give full and proper information and attend the call but they do nothing. Even at receptionist he admitted itself that many people has done a same mistake like us till now. So they should try to improve the things but they don't. Now the person started dealing with us and tried to give us a offer that he will refund our money if we books via their channel (i don't know what it is) and then he shows us the rooms which were very costly. So it seems all is planned and how they thug the customers.

Very very very very bad experience. It's hotel manager is rude in Behaviour and also they ask to pay extra amount from us. Oyo service is very bad. Such a bad quality and I m suggesting to all of you plsz don't book this Oyo PLZZ it's a wastage of money.

Rooms are not good. Photos given on google are fake. Not even 1 star hotel. There is no person to attend and do the checkin.
