Rooms are very suttle, room service is very good thanks to Aditya helps in everything. He is very helpful in nature. He was very quick in every kind. Room was very clean and everything is very good thanks. "The room is well tidied up, towels are clean and tidy, the bed is very well made. Mr. Aditya always does his job on time. He respects privacy and double checks everything is done professionally before he leaves the room."

I had a pleasant party at the hotel overall. The staff was welcoming, the hotel was well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The ambiance of the hotel was inviting, and the service was top-notch, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, the food was just average. While it wasn't bad, it didn't quite match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Some dishes lacked flavor, and the variety was a bit limited. I expected a more refined dining experience given how well everything else was managed. That being said, the hotel has many great aspects that make it worth visiting. If they could improve the food quality and offer a bit more variety, it would truly elevate the experience. I would still recommend staying here, especially for the excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Staff was courteous and humble. Specially Mr. Lalit and Mr.harsh were on front desk were very good their job. Must appreciate housekeeping from their proficiency. Food was yum, Special thanks to chef! Would really recommend Novotel property, would love to stay here again.

Stay was very good. Food was awesome. All the staff including front desk area was very cooperative. The amenities at the hotel are very good. The rates are very affordable. The stay is as pleasant as it can be. Wishing to visit once again quite soon.
