Worst hotel possibly in Lucknow. The whole building is reeking of dirt and smell. Everything in this hotel right from entrance, lift, room, washroom is dirtiest and smelly. It's too old building which seems that it has never been maintained or renovated. Most of the AC don't work. 90% of the rooms have broken taps, doors beds, windows. No intercom. The staff specially the day manager is arrogant. Lift is like 50 years old. Don't book not even worth 500rs

The worst experience ever, the bathroom is full of cockroaches and it's too smelly. And the room service is so bad i asked for the room cleaning and they came after 5,6 hours,like fr. Please don't ever come to this hotel even for one day.

This hotel in Lucknow is one of the worst experiences ever. The prices are ridiculously high, but the services are extremely poor. The rooms are not well-maintained, and the hygiene is questionable. The staff is unprofessional and unresponsive to guests' needs. The worst part is the food - it is of terrible quality, tasteless, and nowhere near worth the price they charge. Overall, this hotel is a complete disappointment, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Lucknow.

You can find lots of bedbug(Khatmal) in every room. One taxi man take me here. Very bad experience with this hotel. I never Recommend even of my enemy

very costly room and it was not okay at all, a small one without any window or balcony. room had Cockroaches, un necessary costly, TV not working, lift not working. i think visitors for this hotel is usually sent by taxi people just like me for their tip by hotel owners. far better rooms, hotels at same price are available in the same city.

This review might get long but it is my responsibility to inform you all in detail. My experience at this hotel is bad. They have given me a double bed room for Rs. 1,350 per day. The room is not too small nor too big, but has enough space to accommodate 2 people and their belongings. But the tragedy started at night when we returned to the hotel after dinner. Firstly, the TV was not functioning, but after changing the remote's battery, it started. But then TV's channel keeps on changing on its own, so they changed the remote from some other rooms. Secondly, the AC stops working, and after wasting my 1 hour in repairing by 2-3 different people, it again stops working 3 times. So, I told them to change my room. They changed the room but it is very difficult for us, as all our belongings are scattered in the room. Moreover, the room which they have given is too small and not a single point or hanger was there on which we can hang our clothes. So, out of compulsion, we have to put our clothes on the sofa. Ultimately, we decided to change the hotel in the morning, which again wasted our time in packing the luggage. Cherry on the cake is that when their staff asked us why we are leaving the hotel today, I told them that I am satisfied with the service of the hotel. At that time the owner rudely told his staff "jaaney do inko aur customer hain unko dekho". So, ultimately I changed the hotel to G-Rest Hotel at Aminabad. I highly recommend G-Rest Hotel. Quality is very bad. The receptionist is worst . They don't pick the calls and don't give service on time . I asked Water in morning and till eveving his answer is " Sir aarha hai raste me hai " . They don't give towel and soap on time . We 3 person stayed here but after asking 8-9 times he give only 1 towel. And the major problem is bed bugs here. So don't waste time and money here. This is worst hotel in Lucknow.
