Madhurima Hotel

1. Food variety is there and prices are moderately on the higher side. 2. Quality and Fancy sweets with elegant packing. 3. Location is Prime but Parking is a concern. 4. If going in a large group, better to be at first floor. 5. Decor and aroma were decent. 6. Service is quick and food is delicious.

I literally called the people 3 times then someone came for taking the order. Placing an order was also a struggle. After that I called someone for changing my table because the noise from kitchen was so loud we could not listen our own voices. And this was obviously before placing the order. I had to literally wait 10 minutes and tell them 5 times to 3 different people for the bill also. And all this was when it was quite empty. This was my favourite restaurant few years back. Not anymore. Really disappointed.

The snacks items are very good and justifiable famous too. But it looks like they have recently expanded and the restaurant has got 3 dining areas - 2 at ground floor and 3rd one at first floor. I have got few more guests with me and it was embarrassing to shift between these 3 areas as the menu is not uniform. Cleaning of tables take time for visitors.

Tasteless food served cold after long wait rude staff overpriced not up to the mark

Everything is so delicious here. But the only thing I didn't like was price of samosa and dhokla

Service is very poor. Staff is so much rude. Food is very good.
