For more than three weeks, colleagues and I stayed here, and Sonal in particular was beyond helpful. She always gives a warm greeting to everyone when we see her at reception, and her kind gesture and professional manner serve as a great illustration of hospitality. Additionally, our dining experience is always elevated by the hotel's restaurant Manager Sir, who is extremely skilled at what he does.

We have booked the venue for sangeet and marriage. Both Mr. Raza and Ravi didn't even care to address the customers. Just fake promises and long talks but no action. Plus because we outsourced our decorater they started bullying the decoraters and didn't allow them to do anything. Their strategy was to disturb the entire arrangement . Even the cake ordered by us was not distributed by the staff even on multiple reminders. On marriage day they served stale and cold starters. They fail on so many grounds that the whole experience became bitter. After paying so much money we get such horrible customer service and experience . Definitely this hotel is not worth the money to put it. I would not recommend this venue to anyone specially coordinating with Raza and Ravi is a waste of time. Please everyone excuse yourself from wasting your time.

I recently stayed during the maha kumbh 2025. The entire team was really nice, specially Vikas Tiwari head of operationswho took care of me and my family and gave amazing suggestions and Mr Shami who was in the kitchen department. The rooms were clean and the food was very tasty.
