Pathetic hotel. No cleaning at all. Will not recommend anybody to go and stay there. I am in a middle of stay. Regret going there. Food is also not good. Not happy at all. Will not recommend anybody to stay here. Completely banned in my company.

Room is good for the price.... Location wise hotel is v good...as the tourist spots are near by to the hotel.... Neat and clean bedsheets Behaviour of the staff is very good...as they provide us complimentary breakfast... Food taste was good 4/5 v good

Excellent location but the room was very poor. For the price no tv, fridge, faulty ac and very dirty room. The mattress is of very poor quality as well. No view as there were no windows in the room.

Conveniently located near to charbagh railway station. Food is good. Staff Service could be improved. Buffet breakfast is poor. The hotel is an old property but well maintained. Very nice service.

The continental one of my favourite hotel in lucknow. Food quality is excellent housekeeping and service staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel near by railway station. Mr. Jai for a very swift check-in and check-out as we were in quite a hurry and thanks to all for such a memorable stay.
