Very great experience! Value for money. Staff were very well behaved. They didn't mind us checking out a little late. They also allowed us to keep our bags at the reception post checkout. Location is very great as it is close to station, and markets/food places like Hazratganj and Aminabad. The charges were also very genuine. Highly recommended!

In case you want to stay near by tundey kababi then this Hotel is a good choice for you. The Hotel is in congested area and doesn't have valet parking. The rooms are spacious but rates are bit on a higher side as per the hotel and it's service. There is very limited breakfast choice available. Overall a good hotel in the heart of Lucknow.

Very Nice location for people why want to do shopping or enjoy food, in the heart of Lucknow where you can get both cabs and erikshas. *Hotel staff is very helpful, polite. What i didn't like: * I was there for official meeting and stayed for 3 days. I used to leave at 10am and return at 10pm. No attempt was made to clean the room in 3 days....very disappointing. * A large section of road in front of the hotel is under construction. Making the whole area very dusty. * Hotel room had patches of paint on wall and ceiling.

Small rooms as compared to price, no parking area

This is one of the worst hotel in char bagh especially dharam singh vishwanath singh and the third guy they all are unprofessional using bad words charging unnecessary amounts demanding money for any small actions such as bringing water and food such corrupt staff and unapologetic behaviour i have never seen anywhere, i will never visit thus place and a review for all the peoples to never stay here !! Bizarre experience

My stay at Hotel Vinayak was short but very good. The room almost feels like a studio flat, service is prompt and good and mostly the receptionist is an asset to the hotel. He is friendly and polite, does whatever he can to make your stay more pleasant and he is also very professional. I definitely recommend this hotel

Location is okaish! Hotel stay is the worst! I had booked from MakeMyTrip with breakfast. During checkin, the receptionist said the breakfast is complementary and during check out he denied it. We had to pay for the breakfast. Geyser was not working properly, so due to extreme cold climate, it was a challenge to have shower in cold water. The attitude of the owner and the receptionist is unwelcoming and arrogant. Think 10 times before booking this place. Very disappointed with the service!
