Hotel The Leaf Lucknow

I recently had the worst experience staying at this hotel. The hygiene and cleanliness standards are shockingly low--dirty toilets, unclean rooms, and a mosquito infestation made it nearly impossible to sleep. The lighting in the hotel is also extremely dim, adding to the discomfort. The service is equally disappointing. Basic amenities like an iron, toothpaste, and even complimentary water bottles were not provided, despite multiple calls to the reception. There was no tea or coffee facility in the room, and they didn't even have an electric kettle. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise against staying here. If I had the power to rate below zero, I would! Definitely not recommended.

Recently book this hotel for birthday party of my daughter and had a great experience. Who was amazing and decoration as per out choice stop was very supporting they also help us to arrange gifts on birthday cake for the function

Had a great time. Staff is good. Rooms need some better cleaning. Food was terrible, cold, oily, spicy even coffee was cold from starting, had to complaint to the manager but no improvement in food quality . Should work on improvement in food quality and food serving, Food should be served hot

Bad Smelly Rooms, No proper lights in corridors, Very Poor Room Service, Rude behaviour of Manager. Food is good but price is high. Eg Rs 50 for a cup of tea. They charged you like 3star but in actual they are below 1star.

I booked well in an advance, on 21st Apr 2024, morning before I reached hotel. The receptionist told me that the hotel is under repair. I told my confirmation, but they didn't listen to me, and made mockery of me. I could not write my review on agoda/booking, as I was humbly refused to check-in and force fully asked to cancel my booking. Is it Lucknow, famous for hospitality and manners?

I had an extremely disappointing stay at The Leaf Hotel in Lucknow. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by a strong, unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay. It felt as though the room hadn't been properly aired out or cleaned. To make matters worse, the bedsheets appeared unwashed, with visible stains and dirt marks, which was both uncomfortable and unappealing. The state of the bathroom was equally disturbing. The toilets had not been cleaned thoroughly, and there were visible stains and grime in areas that should have been spotless. It was clear that the cleaning staff had either been negligent or simply rushed through their tasks without attention to detail. This made the whole experience very unsanitary and unacceptable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was not ideal. It was far from major attractions, and getting around the city was inconvenient, especially for someone unfamiliar with the area. The surroundings didn't seem safe or well-maintained either, which added to the overall dissatisfaction. Overall, my experience at The Leaf Hotel was far from what I expected. The poor cleanliness, the unpleasant odor, and the undesirable location made it a very frustrating and unpleasant stay. Given the issues I faced, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise looking for other options in Lucknow.

I got there for a family function, service was really poor, staff was not supportive, we have asked for 80 people snacks but they can't even meet for 50 people. It's really embarrassing. The Lady of the hotel was ill-mannered. Overall it's not worth it at all.

The event has been really good, and I've been enjoying it a lot, especially spending time with everyone; my baby's celebration has been wonderful!
