Hotel Surya International Lucknow

Not at all recommended. * Dirty room with water leaking from air conditioner. * Tiny commode for an average built person. * No proper exhaust system in bathroom. * Bathroom door lacks handle and lock. Only a cheap bolt lock attached. * Pathetic dining area with stains on every single seat. * Mould and fungal growth on ceiling. * Serving 3-4 basic preparations in the name of breakfast. Food quality is bad. No omelette or fruits. They only serve whatever they've made. * Served some ready to make mango drink in the name of juice which tasted bitter and looked very unclean. * All the plates had stains on them. * No parking even for a motorcycle. I had to park it at their entrance. Was called in the morning at 8 to move it. * No amenities in the room. Had to call the reception for soap, toothbrush, etc. All this nuisance for 2740 per night. I'm attaching some photographs. See and decide yourself.

Everything was AMAZING the food the service, maintenance of rooms. Staff are really polite from the reception to the room boys. A special mention to the all time smiling Mr.Dheeraj Kumar at the restaurant whose service was top notch. Just one recommendation would be to change the towels as they seem to be quite old.. and the washroom commod can be changed.(under sized) Other than that everything was just great.

The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request.... service was good and our stay was so relaxing...i really liked the amenities... Breakfast was wonderful....Great Location....price I paid was absolutely worth it... Beautiful Host

Nice hotel! We liked the rooms they were clean and spacious. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. It's situated at a great location right in the center and you can walk to the metro. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Cleanliness was excellent, Food quality above average and proximity to nearby market made our stay comfortable, good service from Tabassum and Brijendraji

I have been a regularly staying in hotel surya whenever i visit lucknow... Everything is very good and highly recommended... Staff is very cooperative and good host..
