Hotel Solitaire

I visited here for dinner in hotel restaurant named Kitchenette.The restaurant served both Veg and Non veg buffets. The taste of the snacks served was amazing. Dinner is also good. A must visit place.

This hotel is conveniently located right on the road, yet it offers a serene and peaceful ambiance. The staff is exceptionally supportive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The food is delightful, and ample parking space adds to the convenience. The rooms are well-maintained, spacious, and impeccably clean, making for a truly comfortable experience.

Hotel solitaire gomti nagar lucknow is one of the worst management.they are fail to buildup relation with their loyal customers. I m writing this review because i had a very very bad experience with this hotel. On march 08,2025 i book this hotel for 2 nights with full payment .due to unwanted situations of my relative death i had to cancel this hotel just after booking. Previously i always book this hotel many time and they know me very well but this time after cancellation they denied to return my amount. I was not stuck for full amount i told to hotel management that lum sum amount will be fine. I book this hotel via mmt. Mmt also continuesly contact to hotel management for the refund but they denied. I personally feel very bad after seeing so much rudness from hotel side. Shame u hotel solitaire for ur this type of customer relationship. A big big zero from my side.... And I promise to hotel management that in future I will never book this hotel again and anyone from my knowing will not book this hotel.

Very bad hospitality by this hotel. We reached hotel at 11 pm and they said call to your agent as we have to talk to them regarding payment though payment was all paid in advance . Secondly, the bathroom was so untidy and when we asked them to get it clean the housekeeping boy was rude to us . Is this is a way to treat the customers. This is really ridiculous.

Excellent Check in experience .Shilpi Ma'am was always smiling and graceful and made the entire expericne seamless.Many Many good wishes to her . Room service was not up to the mark ,there's a scope for a lot of improvement.Tea etc came after multiple calls .

Overall experience was good, rooms were clean and the food was also tasty! room interior is good car parking available safety *Service Improvement! Recommend

Clean and spacious rooms with well behaved staff, specially Ms. Shilpi on reception is very familiar and helpful. Food quality have to be improved.

The room service guy Anil Kumar Yadav is giving exceptional hospitality. He is readily available to help and make your stay comfortable. Enjoyed the stay only because of him.
