Hotel Seven Seas 279/56 pandariba road Lucknow

The name of the hotel has been changed recently which caused difficulty to locate in a single time even when using maps, hilarious part was passing by the same hotel and not noticing due to the change of name, it was only when we had to ask for whereabouts. This is a serious problem if the name is changed it should be communicated and google maps and way signs should be updated. This represents a lack of details on the part of the management from the visitors point of view. Parking space is very restricted for 4 wheelers and they need to be parked at a nearby location. Even though the rooms were pre-booked however felt a lack of basic aspects and amenities once the guests checked in, multiple rooms had to be changed as well. One of the rooms was badly smelling, the other had a broken commode and tap, third one AC was not working. Only after changing three rooms and being very tired we succumbed to the 4th room though we had to specially ask for a water bottle, towels and soaps.

Okayish hotel for the price I paid. Rooms were decent, AC is old, lift is too small and to be honest the hotel itself is old. Food at the hotel was overpriced and horrible (do prefer to order through Zomato or Swiggy).

Avoid this Place - UNLESS you have nowhere else to go! Apart from the Price (we paid Rs. 1560 for 1 night), there is not a single redeeming feature to recommend this 'hotel'. Yes, it is set back from the street - but the stray dogs make up for the lack of traffic noise - by barking all night! The Key card does not work - a Physical key has to be used by the folks at reception to open the door - each time! The room next to the kitchen stinks to high heaven with Garlic and more - don't be surprised if you and your clothes end up smelling that way - after a night's stay here! A V O I D !

This Hotel is located in a very shady alleyway, the rooms are in pathetic conditions, Smelly Rooms, Yellow Pillow, Stain bedsheet, Leaky Washroom, Please don't go to this hotel. EVEN IF YOU GET THIS ROOM FOR FREE!!!!

Hotel is good variety of food and Banquet for party will go again rooms are clean and well maintained

Very poorly maintained , very dirty rooms , lift , bathroom. Location is bot off road , How OYO is maintaining this as it is company serviced hotel.
